    How are flats in Kalpataru Bliss located at Santacruz, Mumbai, priced? Any info on number of flats, unit size, price, location and completion date and all? Lot of info online but need correct information.

    Kalpataru Bliss Apartments have 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK apartments priced between Rs. 2.75 Crore - Rs. 3.8 Crore. It has 79 units and the possession date is promised in September 2024.

      very overpriced...ready apartments (resale) are available in kalpataru primus for 2-2.25cr, that too pre lockdown, post lockdown should be lesser..why buy under-construction, pay 3-4yr pre-emi and higher price too

        Consumer890 thanks for sharing. I just checked online about Kalpataru Primus. It is Primus Residences right? The flats there are between Rs. 2.6 crore - 3.75 crore as base price. Are you sure they are in the range you are talking about?

          Consumer890 Ok, just noticed that you were talking about resale properties. That is pretty low compared to what they are asking online. Why is the asking price so low?

            They are actual prices....

            Builders always quote higher, then settle for 15-20% less depending on how much one can negotiate...

            with current situation, it supposed to get even lesser....i guess you can easily get RTM 2BHK in Primus for 2cr all in...

              In andheri same thing costs 1.5-1.75cr...
