It is RERA registered.

Buiilder website says CC received, but OC, yet to be received.

706 Sq. Ft Carpet Area, they are selling for 3 Crore + Registration, Stamp Duty etc.

Do I have to pay GST on top of it? As only CC is received, and No OC. Or No GST?

Is it a good price? Thoughts are appreciated.

Is it safe to buy with just CC and no OC in today's environment?

What payment scheme does the builder expect?

    pre covid it was ~40000 psf carpet, now deals flowing in at ~35000

    Connect with local brokers, they have good deals..

      Huge difference between quoted and closing prices...try to connect with local brokers...they can tell you actual closing prices and offer investor sale as well
  • So you are saying the Park Pallazzo 706 Carpet flat - 2 BHK they quoted me for

    3.45 Crore All Inclusive including 1 Parking,Stamp Duty, Registration, Society Maintenance Charges etc, I can get for about 2.5 Crore instead of 3.45 Crore?

    Mind you they are asking 10 Lac for 1 Parking!

    They are saying it's RTM and OF received, but I don't think so. Looks like only CC, but no OC.

    They say it is RTM and OC received, so why gst is being charged? That means it is Under Construction not RTM.

    The flat was bare minimum. No gas line, no fixtures, no AC, no wardrobe, no modular kitchen, no cabinets nothing!
