Hi
My budget is around Rs 45 Lakhs, maximum of Rs 50 Lakhs everything included (Bank loan, savings) for a 2 BHK. My desired possession year could be 2014 or 2015. I am serious contemplating Nirmal Lifestyle city. I am aware that the location is remotely located from the station (Ambivli or Kalyan or Shahad).
But keeping in mind my budget and intention to get the delivery later, so that I dont have to start paying the entire emi at the start itself and the builder is somewhat reputed I am contemplating. Moreso as the delivery year is not so close and then I dont want to rely upon some unknown builder.

If you can suggest with the virtues and vices of the project.

Search Before Creating a New Thread- Before starting a new thread, please use 'Google Custom Search' or 'forum search' to see if an active thread on that topic has already been established. There is a big chance it has. Not only does searching help to keep the forum free of multiple/duplicate threads, it will also help you to get an answer much quicker. If you find an active thread, place your comments there instead (as long as it doesn’t constitute to thread necromancy and hamper the flow of the discussion). Multiple threads on the same topic divide the discussion and create a disparate communication path.
