dear all ,
I would like to know one thing very urgently that how important the registered development agreement is ???
I mean i have booked one BHK in mira bhayender road mumbai in shree shaswat (D.V.realators ) complex ,opp gcc club.
this project is been approved from ICICI , DIwan Housing finance , ING vashya....
but when i go to nationalize bank with the agreement papers i was asked to get the registered copy of development agreement. The builder said he didnt get the agreement registered....
In this scenario plz suggest me , whould i go ahead or cancel the deal .
I had given 51000 booking amount and gave the post dated cheque of 20 per of the totol cost ....
plz guide me and share the related information or experiences if any body came across with .....
