  • Badlapur Vs Ambernath Mumbai

    Hi,

I plan to buy a property in Mumbai. Based on my budget, I shortlisted it down to Ambernath/Badlapur.

I narrowed down to a few projects and if it’s possible, can someone provide a quick feedback whether it’s worth investing in any of these, based on their location, transportation means etc.

I would be glad to get any +ve/-ve aspects of the location of any of these projects i.e. whether they are fit for residential purpose and what are the chances of good appreciation etc.

If you guys can help me out by shortlisting any of them , that would be great.

These are the ones I found:

    1.Samrudhi Evergreens - Kalyan - Karjat Road: http://property..com/microsite/buy/p...dex.html#tmpro
    Location map: http://property..com/microsite/buy/poddar-developers/images/lm.jpg

    2.Mohan Greenwood - Manjari, Badlapur West: http://property..com/microsite/buy/m...-overview.html
    Location : http://property..com/microsite/buy/mohan-lifespaces/images/greenwood-location.jpg

    3.Mohan Suburbia - Khojkhuntvali, Ambernath West: http://property..com/microsite/buy/m...-overview.html
    Location: http://property..com/microsite/buy/mohan-lifespaces/images/suburbia-location.jpg

    4.Mohan Palms - Katrap, Badlapur East : http://property..com/microsite/buy/m...ces/index.html
    Location : http://property..com/microsite/buy/mohan-lifespaces/images/locationmap.jpg

if you guys can suggest, it will be really great. Also, if you are aware of any other good projects in the area please do let me know.

Why dont you try Regency Sarvam ....5 minutes from Titwala Station.

The complex is believed to have 34 12 storey building and Garden 27 acres.
The complex will also have school + Mall.

I believe its worth investing there.

        Hi Simsagar,

        Thanks for your suggestion.

i guess you striked off Samruddhi as it is far from the station...

Mohan Suburbia, i liked the layout of the project but I dont know about the locality (Khojkhuntvali) ..is the locality the issue ?

Also, is Badlapur (E) better than Badlapur (W) for residential purpose?

I heard there is waterlogging issue on the west side.

          Hi Vedants,
          Thank you for the suggestion.
I tried to google for Regency Sarwan and it seems a good project.
have you also invested in this township ?
Also, any idea how reliable is the builder ?
I could not find floor plans or brochure online. the site links dont seem to work well.
If you have, can you share the rate/sq ft and approx costing details of 1 BHK/ 2 BHK

You have excluded Arihant Aksh. Any Particular reason. I had liked the location from the map provided atleast. It looked closer to Badlapur Station

In the far flung suburbs like Badlapur, Ambernath etc - it wud be better to be as close to rly stn as possible (till infrastructure comes up) - yeah, Badlapur East is better and in future this area will have some connection to Panvel airport via Navi Mumbai - watch out for the xpressway type road.

If u like Samruddhi (layout, location) and comfortable with project location from rly stn - no harm going for it - after all budget and layout/location matter - rest all other things (social infra) develop with passage of time...

Yes I did invested 3000 a month back.

                Regency

                Builder is well known.

2 BHk should cost 37 lakhs

I invested in mohan greens a month back after looking at couple of options. It's close to station, construction is in full swing, habitation around, reputed developer has strong local presence.

                    Thanks Pratik,

I will check it out as well when I visit Badlapur. Have you by any chance booked a flat here ?
