i have invested in a 1 bhk in a residential project in Boisar west opp tata wiron. What is the future prospects according to you all. Plz advice. Currently thet are quoting 2601 per sq.ft. Possession in next 1.5 yrs

  • Boisar is a good investment option particularly after local trains start till Dahanu. It is the next upcoming thing but you may have to wait to generate good returns from 2,600/- psf as lot of inventory is building up there.

  • Boisar is a good investment market, i think holding on for 2 or 3 years will be great currently price in boisar west is anywhere around 3000-3500 psqft, and in the east it is around 2600-3000/- i my self have a residential project right next to tata housing project im witnessing great demand and positive feedback.

    Badlapur is also a great micro market, but as boisar has around 1200 industries it holds great demand for people working there and as we have direct local trains from churchgate to dahanu its now easy to travel which makes it more attractive.
