  • paid 2nd installment , abt approvals still in the pipeline , also there was this thing that was brought up by sweetunaiya on the hirco thread that Ib greens is in the airport funnel area,, which is denied by IB .. sayin that this is not true ,,, nothing is confirmed as yet...also Ib commercial hasnt still opened ...expected to open bookings sometime next week.....also the rate is still 2900 gonna be revised to 3200 next week or so.
    This is wot i learnt for my visit to the office ...
    ....gonna be off the forum for the next 3 months .....

    Hey Sonu, Have you received any confirmation or approval letter stating 18 floors construction allowed?

    It seems you paid your 2nd installment. Have you seen site? Howz construction progress?

    What you said is correct, but the other side of the story is that if you do not take risk and wait till everything is clear you may need to buy the same property at a very high rate and also you may not get the desired flat also. There is lot of risk for the buyer who purchase in the beginning of first phase, but you will get it at the rock bottom price.

  • heard from IB agreement will be done some where mid july ....
    dont know how true that is but thats the latest news i have... also they wont be demanding for any more instalments till they have they clearances & bank approvals .. we have heard this but this is the assurance i have got .

    Has any one noticed that master pan and floor plan have changed. i booked in tower N which earlier was pool facing but now it is not there.

    Maybe IB is now trying to sell towers U W X Y Z, so temporarily shifted the pool to those buildings :bab (45):

    Note: The plans shown are only indicative and subject to variations and modifications by the company without any notice:bab (58):

    Call them and ask them they will be happy to assist you by giving you a master plan that shows the pool now facing Tower N. It takes the artist only 15 minutes. As it now appears they are more interested in selling, collecting their installments, cooking up their books, and paying back their loans. Building the project, creating master plans, etc is secondary .

    Although the plans shown while booking one's flat were only indicative and subject to variations and modifications, IB cannot change the views from the flats that they have sold with "preferred locations", as they have charged PLC (preferred locations charges) for the same.

    Those who think that they are being denied their preferred locations can demand refund of PLC from IB.

    well plc is same for garden as well as swimming pool. And I think IB is covered as they have still not signed for anything.

    As long as IB buyers have emails (or any other form of communication) from IB / IB agent companies showing a different view from the one they have finalized, buyers can still make a case against them if they think that they have been cheated by IB by giving wrong first hand information about the views from their flats.

    Afterall it will not be so easy for IB to cheat their customers....
