Is it worth buying a flat in Lodha Aqua? The current rate is INR 5000+ sq ft which is about INR 2000 higher than nearby Projects (Kalpataru Srishti Complex).

  • Went and saw Lodha Aqua. Completely underwhelmed. The pool is miniscule, the exterior paint in completed buildings looks faded. Also the buildings face each other and there is no privacy. We were really surprised by the mismatch between the ads & imagery vs the actual flats. Lots of work remaining(parking, landscaping) - Water running down into the parking as well (Aqua ???) & some seepage in the flat shown to us (13th floor flat)

The rates quoted for Antartica -- 2BHK (1008 Sq.ft.) - 9675/sqft --> Total all inclusive came to about 117.6 Lacs for possession in Aug-13 (Payment Schedule due > 40% in think)

Not worth, considering that in same budget you can get new properties in Malad / Kandivali (East or West) - Lokhandwala (Octacrest & Spring grove) or resale.

We prefer not to have parallel threads running on the same topic as this dilutes the information shared. Request you all to repost your comments on the above posted link.
