      so where is the price correction?
      even if he gives discounts now for ''price correction' he might best offer 2 lakhs off ? or even 13k as a discount rate(?very liberal hypothetical discount) reality is since 2010 the prices have shot up from 7.5k to 15k
      this RE is highly confusing at least for me

        Where did you see the rate for Elanza

        Hi - Where did you see the rate for Elanza to be 15,000.00. All the online websites are still showing the old rate. What is the availability if you know. I find the location of Elanza much better than any other property in the vicinity but not sure if it is worth the high rate. Can someone please advise. Thanks.

            Hello,
            If you will visit the builder's office, they will quote you this rate:

            * for 2 BHK its 13500/-
            * for 2.5 BHK its 15000/-

            they say there are abt four 2BHK left to be sold, and maybe five 2.5BHK flats.

            The possession is however delayed by 6months, tentatively new date is around end of this year...

            Thanks

                Hi JackMack - Is this true for the Kalpataru and Rustomjee Elanza properties as well. They seem to be very expensive and almost sold out.
