    Hi...dear all i am new here in this thread ......i have called to and inquired about 1bhk in Runwal Mycity codename walk ....they said the rate is 4445/-sqft and possession in 2020 in starting you have to pay 3lacs at the time of booking and after 10 months more 3 lacs and rest of the amount as per slab schedule.

    i am planing to book here ...pls can anybody help me with what are the questions, approval copy and documents should i ask for ,and after booking which letter should i get from the builder.

      They have necessary approvals, but they are not transparent.
      I suggest that you stay away from Runwal's projects.

          Rates in phase-I was around 5300/- psft one month ago, however barely few flats are available there and that on higher floors (20 plus).

            If they have necessary approvals, then whats the issue? Who are not transparent, Runwals or approvals? My experience with Runwals is that they may be slow but reliable.

              they said they have all approvals but they not shown to customer.

              is you seen building plan and floor plan approved by tmc.

              why they not allowed yo site visite whereas on there other projects they allowed site visite......... it this is transparancy????

                Do all builders allow site visit for under construction buildings for people who have paid the booking fees?

                Does Lodha do this for their projects at Palava next door?

                    See Runwal's other project like Runwal Eirene.

                    For phase 1, we as customers, have not only paid the booking amount but also 33.3% of the construction cost.

                    So, it's our fundamental right.

                      Yes I do buy that opinion.

                      I was just asking if other builders too follow this stupid practice?
