Hi Guys,

This thread is regarding Lodha Casa Ultima project in Thane Majiwada.

I visited that property and they are quoting following resale rates :
1BHK Build area - 600 and price 75 Flat cost (on lower floor side)
1.5BHK Build area - 792 and price 95 Flat cost (on lower floor side)

Though my requirement is 1.5 BHK, for that i have to stretch a lot for above budget.

Can you Please advice regarding above rates. Will appreciate for your response.

  • check out dosti vihar 1.5BHK resale flats at pokhran road no 1 they should fit in your budget. Much better location and good amenities

    Roshan Nawale had paid Rs 1.08 lakh to book an apartment in Lodha's Ultima project in Thane. But, later, he cancelled the booking and sought a refund.

    The homebuyer approached MahaRERA saying the booking amount had not been refunded.

    MahaRERA's order on Tuesday said that Lodha Developers has returned the amount.

    According to the Lodha Group, the matter was resolved amicably recently.

    The authority disposed of the complaint following the settlement...

    This is second such intervention by the regulator to protect homebuyers. Last week, it had asked another developer to refund the booking amount to a homebuyer for non-delivery of the apartment on time..


    In June, MahaRERA had fined property broker Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Pvt Ltd for advertising multiple unregistered residential projects.
