  • The current pricing is unsustainable.. The market has slowed down only partly due to liquidity.. The major bottleneck is affordability. Nobody who is a resident of Thane can afford such ridiculous pricing. The builders are very smart: They are locking-in prospective buyers to the market through these prelaunch offers.. When prices crash, there is no downside to the builder. only to the fools who went for such pre-launch offers.

    Modi has been appointed PM. One of the first things he has to do is build social infrastructure.. The moment he does it, prices in Mumbai and nearby suburbs shall crash as more geography becomes better connected. Simple fact.
