    Positives:
    Proposed Metro, flyover from Phase II to Kharghar, widening of NH4 leading to Mahape. CIDCO has provided all the basic amenities already. Only 10 Km from proposed railway station. Proposed suburban vasai-diva-panvel railway to start passing through taloja

    Cons:
    not many people inhabiting the area...once that improves the area has huge potential compared to Ulwe.
    currently accessibility is low with only one bus service from kharghar station. currently the location is only suitable for people with vehicles.

    current rates for good projects is around 5k psf.
