Indiabulls Greens Phase 1

Hi all,

I have a REGISTERED flat at Indiabulls Greens Phase 1 in Panvel and have visited the site a few times to see the progress and discuss with the Indiabulls personnel at the site. I have been told by them that the finishing of the buildings is going on and that the possession will be very soon - End of 2015 or early 2016.

I would like to get an independent verification on this by anyone who has an investment in the same project and what the builder has informed them. My past experience with this builder has been that every time we have asked for a completion date they have told us a date which is 6 months after their previous commitment.

Is this project slipping ?? What is the correct situation of this project currently ?
What is the realistic expected completion date ?? and
what has been the experience of other investors in this project. ??

Please let me know with your realistic inputs and suggestions

    Hi Sharpj - thanks for the link - I see all the details of the history of this project but I want to know more about the future prospects...what the company is saying about possession etc. Any RECENT UPDATES from anyone ?

      I have too booked a 2 BHK apartment in phase 1 and registered my property in March 2012 but as assured by them likely possession by March 2016 is still awaited. Recently I went to the site and their registered office at Elphinstone Mumbai and now there r assuring possession by March 2018. However internal work is not yet completed thereafter drainage , water supply, internal electrification etc remains. So still it is undecided. Let's hope even development work in the condominium area not yet started.
