After thinking alot,Finally could able to sort out these two properties which fits in my budget .But need your advice & openion ,just to feel that I am not going wrong.

Price diff is there in both project,posession forboth is in 2012 after (2years).

Now please suggest which will be a good investment,appreciation wise?

I have a doubt that I f I want to rent my kharghar flat,it will not go on rent eassily as it very far from station.

    I had recently visited the site of Adhiraj Group, Cypress Aqua, Kharghar Project, Sector 5. Just need to know anybody has booked a flat in that project or staying closeby. Builder is quoating 5200 rate.

  • I had gone to visit a friend at ghodbunder and you will not believe the kind of traffic jams I had to encounter at 11.30 in the night. If Hyde Park is anywhere on ghodbunder anyday would recommend Dosti Vihar as atleast it is closer to thane station and most importantly away from the mad rush of ghodbunder...

    Hyde park is in kharghar sector 35.I do not consider either of these as a sensible move.
    Dosti Vihar- because of the rates
    Hyde Park - because of the rate and the builder.

    If you are an investor, book in either Lodha dombivali or Godrej Kalyan. The rates of these two are more sensible over next 5 years.

    Hey, I just think, you are being too harsh. I stay on the Ghodbunder road. and travel back home around 10.30pm.

    Agreed there are traffic jams, but that is because of the recent ban on heavy vehicles from plying on the GB road during day times. Added to that the recent flyover construction activity.

  • Kharghar is the best place to invest in or around mumbai. It will also be the best place to stay in a couple of years when all the planned projects are completed. So, the appreciation in Kharghar could outpace any other location by a fair margin.

    I have baught a flat in hyde park the builder is very good, the work is also going faster, i just stay in sector 21. near to the project , this project is going to be the bigeest complex in kharghar

    according to me good option for living and investment
