    I have been looking for a 2bhk / 3bhk in around Matunga (east) / Dadar (east) for self use and so far have seen following options.

    1. Avenue14:- under construction property on ambedkar road near Dadar TT circle. Possession expected by Jan 2017 and so plinth has been done, not sure if they will complete things by Jan 2017. 3bhk carpet area is about 850 sqft and the cost of 3bhk all inclusive was around 4.7 cr and the builder is asking for 30% black money, plus 30% down payment during registration, so in all 60% payment to be done at time of registration. Is this a normal practice?

    2. Prem Girija :- under construction property on bhaudaji road in Matunga (east). Possession expected by May 2018 and so far they have only demolished the existing structure. 2bhk carpet area is around 900 sqft and the cost quoted was around 5.5 cr, did not even ask if this was all inclusive or just base price because even this price looked ridiculous for a property with possession expected after 3 years.

    Would be great if someone has any information about other projects.

    Why don't u take Dosti Ambosia, Wadala (Ajmera also there), both cost arund 3.5 and possession nearby for Dosti...

    It will be closer t Dadar/Matunga, and thru freeway close to SOBO as well....

      Parkmist by Richa Realtors offers 2 &3 BHK apartments in Dadar. It is a very well developed community and offers one of the most luxurious projects in entire mumbai..I myself have booked a flat here.

        Why don't you look at Kesar Polaris. Its at Matunga, just off the main road and the developer has a fairly decent reputation. I think they are quoting around 4.4 cr for a 2 BHK.
