Hi friends,

I am looking forward to buy a 2 BHK flat in 3 months for a living. Currently I am working in Govt Office at Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi and am currently living in Vikaspuri area.

I have a budget of Rs.35 lakhs (all inclusive) and want to know Which is better place to live in -

Burari in Delhi / Crossing Republic / Raj Nagar Extension / Noida Extension / Noida Sector 34

I have chosen these places as these are coming in my budget of Rs.35 lakhs which includes a loan amount of Rs.25 lakhs.

In Burari 800 sq. ft. area is costing Rs.30 lakhs in good locality.

In Raj Nagar S.G. Grand 1150 sq. ft.1st floor is costing Rs.38.64 lakhs (all inclusive) and 8th floor is costing 34.5 lakhs

In Crossing Republic 2BHK in Supertech Livingston, Crossing Republik of size 1050 sq. ft. is costing Rs.28 lakhs

Supertech Ecovillage 2, Sector-16 B Gr Noida of 1106 sq.ft is costing 36 lakhs all inclusive

Please tell which place is better to live in for next 10-20 years time frame.

Suggestions invited.
