Don't take anything personally. And don't feel bad. You are not bringing down the prices - the prices are falling like nine pins due to extreme oversupply. What can you do ? Just focus on 40 sq yd floors as you have been doing. Your first deal will crack here - if not this year than next year or still next..

    Launch Base sale price @7000/- in October 2011
    Current Company Base sale price @10000/-
    Resale in good located units @9000/-
    Almost 80% has already been taken by builder in CLP so the outflow in resale will be huge now.Though you can save almost 12 lakhs in resale as the rates are lower than company price.The project is fully bankable even by SBI.
    The construction is in very advanced stage with delivery set for Sept 2014.

    2bhk+study is 1453 sq.ft.
    The quotes on these websites are only to attract customers. You can try with them. 2bhk+study is the most abundant size in this project and some early investors may like to exit due to shortage of funds. Please check that there may be huge interest implications on many units as the demands were raised at very less intervals due to the fast pace of construction.
    Good located units in Tower- F 3bhk(1653 sq.feet) with all cleared dues are going at 9000 bsp at present.

    Current company rate : 9750/ sq ft.
    Launch price was 7200/ sq ft.
    as every project has pros and cons so it also have.

  • The launch price was 7000 psf. Do try out as well. There maybe a couple of good deals there. This project is not worth missing. has huge potential due to proximity to Metro Station.
