Anyone has any clue on the location and builder reputation? Is the price justified? This is being marketed by mbpl.

  • It has all 3bhks from 1200 to 1350 sq. ft costing 60 to 70 lakhs. this is located close to 'church of our lady of lourdes', a km from sector 10 metro station. From the rates, its understood it could be a laal dora area.

  • Thanks, What about Uppal's winter hills. Isn't around 7800 per sq. ft. all inclusive on the higher side given that even DLF shivaji marg phase II was launched at same price? Please suggest if there is any other such option in under construction/newly constructed flats.

  • Uppal's have cancelled and started this project several time and its layout has also been changed many time, so I am skeptical. DLF- Shivaji marg is a different story as the construction went on pretty fast with that. Ph-3 is available fully furnished for Rs 3.2cr and from that you can get an idea about the premium of the project. Nothing else is available in Delhi from any decent developer.
