Can anyone in the forum suggest 2BHK apartment or builder floor in Rohini, Pitampura, Paschim Vihar, Vikaspuri and nearby areas for self use. Budget is 50-60 lacs. Area should be at least 800 sq. feet. I look forward to your suggestions.

  • Budget is little tight to get a decent 2 Bhk in good societies of apartment. Still in PItampura and Rohini, apartments are better while Paschim Vihar is mixed but in Vikaspuri only floors are better in my opinion.

    You can check in Tilak Nagar just 1 KM far from Vikaspuri. Here you can get 2BHK Builder (independent) floor in resale in 45 Lac , and Brandnew 2 BHK builder (independent) floor with excellent quality in 50 Lac. This rate is after negotiations. Tilak Nagar Metro station already there and Tilak Nagar also have one of the best Punjabi Retail Market of near areas. Jankapuri District Center & 5 Star Hotel just 2 KM far from Tilak Nagar. Only issue sometimes little bit JAMs for CARs in working hours, rest all rocking.

    (1) Mig flat, 2nd floor, 890 sq. feet, 57 Lacs, dda condition, sector 23, rohini
    near park & parking, near heritage & maxfort school
    transport facilities, to starts (990e) sec-23 to shiwaji stadiom
    near rithala metro station

    (2) Its 32mtrs pair 2+1 built up f.Floor on 12 mtrs road, sector 25, Rohini, 48 Lacs, along with reserved parking, woodwork, fall celling, luxuary sanitary, modullar kitchen, designer paint, security lock etc.

    (3) Its 32 mtr pair 2+1 built up 2nd floor on 12 mtrs road, sector 24, rohini, 49 Lacs, along with modular kitchen, woodwork, luxury sanitary, designer p.O.P etc.

    what should one go in for, DDA flat or builder floor?

    Please advise.

    Better to personally visit & check because few sector of Rohini are quite inside, quality of DDA flats are very inferior , quality of new builder floors are superb for sure. Don't believe on online property sites as it is because sometimes they hide several things & charges or actual carpet space will be less then written. Without visiting every place you can not judge that correctly, after all its your hard earn money. After visit also try to analyze that whenever you travel to reach at that location after 10PM then it will not be scary. Before purchasing analyze each & everything.
