  • Optimum Bhai, not only money but think about the time taken by rickshaw to cover those 6 Kms. Assuming that to be a superfast rickshaw, minimum I can expect is 20 minutes by which time people can reach Jahagirpuri station.

    Nd as per the front of these 60 meter plots only 3 cars can be parked in front of 2 plots or at max four it you touch bumper to bumper
    Then where the other 12 cars would be parked ?
    It means you have 12 cars extra per plot around
    500 cars extra per acre and assuming that these sector are spreaded over 10 acres that means around 4-5000 extra cars per sector .

    So sir its a request that please have some standards you are spending crore rupees not to travel in rickshaw get you own cng car or prefer atleast auto !

    Oh, 90 percent coverage means no balcony, meaning no air/ sunlight and also the houses are back to back meaning no "gully" or road separating them. So, that means unless that is a corner house, only way of getting air or sunlight in through front entrance.

    I hope you inderstand all the calculations above and also this 450 sqfeet area will further reduce if you add more walls to it

    Ek cheez nahin samajh aayi, distance ke paimaane badal jaate hain... Dilli main in KMs, aur kundli mein... Travelling time...Bhai paimaana to ek rakho, koi bhi ho koi farak nahin parta... !

  • sir why four cars normally two persons work in a family and even if four persons are working thats even very good all of them can go in a single car till jahangirpuri from there all of them can go anywhere in delhi via metro or 3 of them can go via metro and 4 th one can take car .
    Dont know why they will need four cars ? Have some common sense sir .
    And i have already said normally a person buying 1 crore property will have 2 cars .
