An independent building in Delhi has basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor. I am looking at purchasing 1st floor. For stamp duty I have to take the circle rate and cost of construction specified and apportion the same. Will basement cost be included for apportioning cost or excluded?

    cost of independent house as per circle rate and specifies construcion rate is Rs. 1 crore. It has basement plus 3 floors. What is the cost for stamp duty...Rs 1 crore divided by 3 or 4? That is will basement be considered as a floor in view of the fact that it is not included in FAR?
