Will it be right investment to buy a 1 bhk DDA lig flat in Rohini Sector 28 for 30-35 lacs?

At What price can I sell after 5 years?

When do you think sector 28, will be live able, with proper roads, electricity, water, shops and other facilities.

Please compare this investment with other investments like Noida Extension, Greater Faridabad etc.

    2013: 28 lacs
    2014: 24 lacs
    2015: 19-23 lacs

    Dont know what is the cause of this massive downfall. Is it good time to invest. What are the issues and risk with this investment
