Mariners Welfare Society (MWS), the Delhi-based Real Estate Company offering specialized housing solutions to the Seafaring community is coming up with its new project ‘Mariners Paradise’ in Faridabad.

This project ‘Mariners Paradise’ offering only top of the line premium apartments in the super deluxe category is proposed to be located in sec 87 of the Nehar Par Area of the growing satellite town of Faridabad, rated as the most promising area for investment purposes. This area consists of sectors 70 to 90, was demarcated by the Govt of Haryana as a residential zone in 2005. Once full ready, the area would practically be in South Delhi, with the benefit of proximity and connectivity to all major townships of NCR, with their attendant benefits like schools, hospitals, malls, leisure projects etc.

Just 12 kms from Badarpur Border, the project is strategically located between Noida, Delhi & the posh inhibited area of Faridabad like Sec 15 to give its members the benefit of close proximity to South Delhi. Spreading in 4 towers with 276 spacious 4-bedroom apartments including a servant quarter, the project would definitely be an exclusive abode for Seafarers offering very high specifications and great quality work. The features of this project are definitely going to catch attention and ask for an instant decision to have the best luxurious dwellings at the most reasonable prices.

    unethical practices

There are host of issues with the builder Mariners Buildcon
    1) The Faridabad project was launched in 2007. It's been 4 years and builder has just built up the basement
    2) They have been collecting money from customers and diverting their money to other projects in mohali and mumbai.
    3) they are having big disputes with contractors. The disputed amount is running in crores.
    4) absolutely unethical practices being followed by the builder.

Have any questions or thoughts about this?
