Hi All,

My budget is Rs 40 lacks and I wish to purchase a small residential plot maybe around 100 square yards or even less in faridabad close to Badarpar border.

Are such plots available?

IF yes, is it advisable to go ahead with them from an investment perspective keeping in mind the infrastructural improvements happening in faridabad?

Will this investment give more returns that GGn/Noida since I believe GGN/Noida already have better infrastructure in terms of roads/Noida connectivity whereas the same in now happening in faridabad.

  • In 50 lacs you can't get plot of that much size in main faridabad look at sector 64, 62 for more options

  • where are you residing right now? You can ren a home in GF and check if it suits your requirement then you have the option of BPTP plots as HUDA plots are not available right now in resale. Last year a scheme at sec 77-78 was launched but it was overpriced.

  • I think return in the range of 40-50% can be expected. In best case it can be 100% but in worst case it could be zero too.
