    Hi
Update from BPTP Customer Service regd my query for OC and Possession in Park Floor 1 Sec 77.

    ---------------

    Dear Mr. Mittal ,
    Greetings from BPTP!
This is with reference to the mail mentioned below we would like to inform you in regards to approvals, please note that we are in receipt of the necessary approvals which are required for the execution of the sale deed in the said project. Few customers have already got their units registered who have remitted the dues towards BPTP and BPMS respectively and completed audit observations. Physical possession letters have been handed over to those customers accordingly.

Further, with regards to the final demand, please be informed that we are at the final stage of raising the demand for the offer of possession for the project Park Floor I and the same is expected latest by January 2014.

We regret our inability to provide you the estimate for the demand being raised and would request you to kindly refer to your payment plan. The final demand would also include the registry charges.

The construction at the site is being carried on regular basis however the same is being done in the phased manner. We are also in the process to update our website with the latest development at the site.

Sir, we appreciate that you have been very patient and understanding throughout your association with us, we value your gesture.

Should you require any assistance please feel free to call at +91-124-385 (2787) or write in to us at customercare@bptp.com.
Please mention your customer code and project name in the subject line.

    Thanks & Regards,

BPTP is the Biggest CHOR, When its license had expired on 24/7/13, and the documents attached show that their are so many hurdles for Renewal of the same. Than also it is stating that It has all the necessary approvals for Sale deed-

Can someone please confirm if BPTP managed to get OC for Sec 77 Park Floors or is it still going on with Registries without the OC in place?

how do i get my car parking alotted for my ground floor unit in tower T ground floor in park floors -1?
Unit booked in 2008, agreement says One open parking at the time of possession will be alloted and Bptp also hasn't asked for any parking charges in thier final demand letter which had all the charges including registry.

Heard all issues related to car parking were solved for the owners who booked in 2008-2009?
