Hi

I want to buy a 250 sq. yard plot in BPTP sector - 85, Faridabad for personal use. Can any body tell me that how much time this area will take to develop so that I can build on it? I have also heard that EDC & IDC has been increased by Rs. 1100/- per sq. yard which was before Rs. 1470/- per sq. yard. So should I invest or not? Please suggest.

    One association was registered and had a website. A facebook page still exists.

    They formed a group and followed up seriously for ESS and STP charges.. went to High court after trying relentlessly with BPTP.

    Some Rs100 psf relaxation was achieved.

    Based on which DTCP issued endorsement No. 3932 dated 20.02.2014 to BPTP. However, there is no trail after that. Perhaps a RTI can be filed to know action taken and proceedings if any.

    There is another group bptp-parklands.webs.com, wherein about 70+ members are present. Again the buyers need to make a concerted effort with contribution in terms of time, money and efforts, if something meaningful needs to be achieved.

    Nothing is impossible and now situation has changed a lot due to new government and administration.

    This is a call from PARKLAND OWNERS ASSOCIATION GREATER FARIDABAD
    Do you know that you have been cheated by BPTP LTD for almost Rs 2000/sq yd

    Do you know that the 220 kv sub station and the sewage treatment plant for which the BPTP has collected Rs 995/sq yd is being made by HUDA.and the collection by BPTP is illegal and cheating

    Do you know that the haryana Govt has demanded only Rs 200/sq yd for IDC for which the BPTP has collected Rs 445/sq yd from us
    etc etc

    we have formed an association and is fighting with BPTP on all theses issues in the national consumer forum and also filing an FIR against the BPTP .

    should you like to take your money back from BPTP along with interest kindly contact

    More issues being raised by BPTP Parkland plot owners

    BPTP is totally cheater.


    I had plot in G block (sec. 86) in North facing. After 90% payment, they changed location in PE block (Sec. 77) with West facing. They did so forcefully and asked me to cancel your booking.

    Similar happened with me also, where my plot was changed after 90% payment.




    about 1 year back i got a letter from bptp stating that they are looking to refund some money for electric station after they look at the calculations but nothing since then.



    I will recommend that we can make a yahoo group for these discussions please. Is there already a group existing for bptp parklands?

    Dear All

    I applied for a plot in BPTP parklands Faridabad for 350 sq yards in 2006 for a total value of Rs39,37,500/- and paid 55% of the plot value Rs21,65,625/- plus EDC/IDC of Rs3,64,350/- way back in 2008.They sent me an agreement alloting me a plot no xxx0 in Oct-2008 and when I actually visited the site I came to know that xxxx was just a fictitious no and no plot like xxxx exists in Parklands.

    They have not alloted me any plot till date and everytime I send them a mail or visit them they assure me that I would be alloted the plot in 6 months time and this has been happening for last 6 years now.

    Pls advise how can I proceed.

    I was allocated plot no. xxx from BPTP which is cancelled by them 1.5 yrs back. Now from last 1.5 yrs they only given us date for the reallocation. Please guide what to do. Or if sombody filed a case gainst the same i whould like to join them.


    what patience people are showing towards open day light cheating.. how many more buyers will keep appearing affected for many many years, without delivery, without infrastructure, without permanent electricity, water, without plot, unethical charges etc..

  • Why cant people Go to Court's simply and file Suit for.Specific Performance.and seek injunction against alloting the xxxx plot from which they are being reallocated to anyone else.
    I guess we the.INDIANS believe alot in Settlement. And taking a Call.and stand by it....

    My goodness, I am literally amazed at the extent of cases which are coming up. One single day 3 people with allotment for plots,, bloody hell.. today must be rechristened BPTP PLOT SCAM DAY..

    4th person today MEGA BPTP PLOT SCAM DAY, revealing plot not offered possession since 2006!!!

    Sir,
    I also have paid 95% of all the money for purchasing 3xx yds plot (E xx/x) at PARKLANDS at BPTP. The BPTP office has been promising to provide registration for the last 2 years but always postponing the registration date. I live in USA and do not have access to forms readily. Please provide the standard FRI form as attachment to email and i want to file FRI against BPTP management. This is rediculus that the buyer has to wait this long period without any results.

    Bptp wants people to go legal way. As we all know how Indian judicial system works, they live in their own little universe unaware of ground realities.
    So exit is the best option or else wait till some good sense prevail on bptp.

    With change in sarkar, SDM is on overdrive about customer complaints, all firs are getting registered and BPTP staff is over active calling guys who have filed police complaints/FIRs trying to settle..

    Either market rate or alternate plot.. they may also be buying back legitimate plots without any farmer/dd litigation to shift a few likely to be problematic plots/villas/floors.

    Earlier, no one used to listen to complainant.. All real estate players are planning to hit the stock market and want to keep clean balance sheet and image as US$ 5-10 bn are likely to enter the Real estate market in the next 3-5 years..

    Here are few observations
    1)Sec 79-80 road has started building,the road still kachha but motorable
    reaching other side(ph-III) from bptp bridge is will be shorter now

    2)big earth digging along master road 76-79 dividing,may be sever pipe laying work ongoing.

    3)Construction ongoing for many projects including PURI ANAND vilas.

    4)Fourth Bridge near sec 75 in advance stage as compared to other three,
