Any idea about the new pre launch Studio apartment project by Piyush Group near Escorts Hospital.

I would like to know if -

1) It is worth investing 7290/sq feet
2) Is Studio apartment concept a viable option for the future?
3) How good is the area, sorry I don't know much abt FBD.

I will follow this up with more questions....

    Though i have a heard that Piyush as a builder is not respectable name.
    But want to know from seniors , is this worth investing. ?

  • A Studio Apartment would most likely be an investment and will not be for END use in many cases. Hence, once you buy a studio Apartment, and someone else who would buy from you most likely be an investor. Think about it five years down the line, how much you would invest and how much return you expect from this and would the next investor after five years would be able to buy on the rate you are looking forward from your investment?
    In my view Studio apartments are good where lesser investment is involved, let's say 15 lacs, or max 20-22 lacs. So it may double like in five years time, and you may get more than double return on your gradual investment. However, going to get a studio apartment with investing 30 lacs and above from your pocket, means a bank interest of odd 25000 per month, moreover, this investment will get stagnanted at some point of time, and would not fetch you higher returns after 10 years or so. Hence, in such case, longer you keep the lesser benefits you might get.

    if u r very serous in this project then do consider rps ..see the cation , price and decide..metro station ..
