Finally things seem to be moving in Right Direction for Neharpar Home seekers finally. According to an Article in Dainik Bhaskar, 2 Directors from Pal Group have been arrested for Allegedly taking crores of Money from Investors and not giving them Flats for the money paid by them.

I am not 100% sure but I think this Arrest order has been issued by High court and Directors have been ordered to either pay back money or give flats to the Investors.

In an Interview with DSP he accepted that there are thousands of cases pending in Neharpar area and soon action will be taken.

I hope this time the Commitment is kept

lol

  • Agar BPTP nahi sudhari then next number will be of BPTP Owner/Directors. BPTP also has crossed all the limits to make public fool in Neharpar. Still work on lots of Park-81 Floors is stalled from last 2-3 years.

  • Its about time some of these low class builders start going to jail. The one before this was Triveni directors and now Pal.

BPTP has pretty solid backing in Faridabad and Delhi so I doubt that they would get into jail trouble anytime soon. Also, they seem to be doing just enough in terms of construction speed to prevent patience of investors going out of hand.

Haryana's ways are totally wrong. Government should ask developers to pay EDC/IDC in advance before licence is issued for the projects so that government can start infrastructure development in sync with the project development. Builders should ask for EDC/IDC charges from the customers only at the offer of possession of project.

Secondly remove the concept of super area. 2200/ sq ft. super area charge karne se accha hai ki 2400/sq ft. carpet area par charge kar lo. It will bring transparency to the payment procedure. Right now we don't know what all is included in super area other than the covered flat area.

If costs are 2200 PSF for Super Area then for Carpet area builder will not charge less then 3200 PSF.... Carpet area is mostly 30% less then super area ie (3200-960=2240 PSF)....

That was just an example. Charge whatever but atleast you won't get the shock at the time of possession. :) :)

  • Hi
    Greetings

Just came to know that there has been an exodus of employees form BPTP. The figure being shared is above 100!!

A few have been asked to leave and others have quit due to circumstances.
The rumour around is that in the tiresome, unresponsive and unwieldy processes at the company, a few employees found opportunity, given the callous attitude towards customers of the Chawla management. Employees regretted and informed customers, that their account with the company has been closed/freezed, due to non payment and they can seek refund after deductions. By then the rates had been jacked up by mktg form say 37K and deductions & interest would reduce the refund amount to pennies.

Assessing the situation, the buyer was ready to compromise just to get their frozen accounts reopened under the threat of cancellation of allotment.

This is all unconfirmed news but from a very reliable source. As they say- "there is no smoke without a fire."

BPTP is also supposed to have started court proceedings against such employees committing fraud in the company.

As a result of the above the company had closed all transfers for 2-3 weeks.

God know what is the exact truth and whats more in store to expect of BPTP. 7+ years and not a single project delivered till date completely.

On the one hand MD Mr Kabul Chawla, is being tried in the non bailable warrant u/s 420 case, court having ordered investigation through SFIO, and on the other hand employees are taking advantage of the situation by harassing customers.

To sum up, it is really scary as earlier calling, meeting and writing to customer care, seniors of BPTP was probably the only option, but now there is hardly any credible face in the company to be relied on.

    Cheers

Well, yes the transfers have been closed for now. The insider news is that the employees face corruption charges. BPTP's employees have been charging unofficial charges from many dealers and brokers to initiate/expedite transfer procedures and have made lakhs of rupees following the same practices.

    Hi
    Greetings

Brother bottom line is do you understand which type of companies get investigated by SFIO??

These are massive corruption and cheater companies like Jahar Veer Goga, or the erstwhile JVG group, or the bankrupt TIDCO or the bankrupt Daewoo motor co., Satyam computers whose owner is in jail.

    Take a look http://www.sfio.nic.in/websitenew/in%20SFIO.pdf

Situation is not as it appears on the surface and is not restricted upto non delivery of units.. the company is in deep financial distress. Now I may be wrong but the proofs speak from themselves..

BPTP has bitten more than it can chew and that to without any positive intent or prior experience

    Cheers
