I am thinking of investing in ready to move 2BHK flat in greenfield colony sector A . Price is between 25-30 lakhs for 750-950 sqft area . Here are some of the factors that will influence the price rise in that area :

1) Metro coming till badarpur border .
2) Flyover of badarpur will complete in 2-3 years .
3) Monthly rental of such a property is 7000-9000 per month .

Please let me know if there are better investment options other than greenfield colony in Faridabad . My sole aim is to book appreciation when property grows up .

    1. These quotes are from which project?
    2. How is that area in terms of infrastructure like Roads/Market/School and other things?
    Omaxe is also having a project in that area but not sure how its doing with the progress?

  • 1-> No specific project .They are builder flats .Ground upto third floor .

    2-> Area is good in the sense its 3.5 Kms from Reliance Mart and couple of other malls which are on the badarpur road

    3-> As per my knowledge Omaxe name is good but their project is not so successful in faridabad .

    Senior folks , Please advise.
