  • HUDA Plot Scheme at Sector 77 & 78, Faridabad

    After a long wait HUDA announced plot Scheme in Greater Faridabad Sec 77 Sec 78 . The size of plots are 4 Marla, 6 Marla, 8 Marla, 10 Marla, 14 Marla and 1 Kanal. The scheme will commence from 19th October 2015. More details are here

    Is this worth the investment? if i am not mistaken Sector-77 has BPTP plots already available and no takers.

        The scheme will commence from 19 Oct and before last day Authority will extend last date to one month and will earn interest on hard earned money of applicants for almost 7 to 8 months.

          The rates are even higher than the prevailing market rates......so what is the point of attraction .....

            Some of the existing sectors of HUDA are still undeveloped so whts the point to get new scheme?

              HUDA plots have always been attractive like a hot cake. Recent example was Faridabad sector-56A, where HUDA received more than 60000 applications for ~450 plots. If HUDA allots residential plots in sector 77-78, it will also build the internal sector roads, markets & park etc in these sectors.

              The premium on HUDA plots in naharpar area will automatically push the prices of existing BPTP plots also upwards. (By the way, any above average location plot in BPTP Ph1&2 is already selling @30-40K/sq yd)

                Any more experts on Faridabad RE who could comment whether one should go for these plots as an investment and/or quick money by flipping?

                  True but i live here in sec 48 but no markets and no boundary walls towards SGM Nagar so empty plots has become dumping grounds for people

                    it's because of the perception that govt schemes are always better than the private offerings.

                    That may be true to some extent however of late things have leveled out as the real estate markets are showing a stagnation in faridabad and correction everywhere else.

                    Moreover the attitude of huda towards the completion of development work all across faridabad is another turn off for most of the investors.

                    The last scheme of dda was a kind of flop when so many people applied and many gave up their allotted flats.
