Hello
I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

Happy threading :)

  • we will be on this thread for many more years to come..we all will see if DG ever comes.High Court to bahut kuch kehta hain kya sab kuch ho jaata hain...wahi High Court sazaa sunaati hain aur doosri bench riha kar deti hain.there is something called environmental clearance and now people are staying there.Pollution is never a problem. if this is a case no one could ever stay in residential colonies of power plants, cement mills, sugar mills, paper mills, refineries, steel plant, aluminium plant. all these plants have Pollution control equipments like ESP, Wet scrubbers. I agree that Rathi steel on NH-24 is a big polluter. but trust me either they would improve or close down. Continental carbon se koi pollution problem nahi hain. Meri biwi bacchhe khush hain...

Mukul just ignore such people. These are full time newly employed poor workers recruited by channel partners , investors , brokering firms or builders to bash on CR so that Noida extension can pick up. Most of them are immature , impatient and uneducated to talk about what house meant for salaried person. Better you ignore them. Enjoy your home and share your experience.

iT does not sound logical. broker of every areas are same company. So they will get there commission for selling flat at any area. I also liked the main CR society(I visited 2 weeks back) . But without criticism how can you understand and rectify negetivity. if anybody is happy with every aspects of his flat its ok. He should not give importance to what others say

Buddy I met few brokers few months back and they were saying buy in CR , see how good shape it is taking and so on. I asked wht about Noida extension he says sir app salary class walai in projects mein naa phaso toe acha hai..

Now adays they talk sir CR mein kyuin jatai hoo ,wahan polution hai , dumping ground hai and so on..

you better decide it is true feedback or broker's selling ideas.

  • Kisi ki khushi se tum log isi liye jal rahe ho kyunki it seems u people have missed the bus of CR. last weekend 3 of my friends booked in NE not because CR is bad but because they could not afford the black part. they are ruining the decision when they didn't book in CR 4 months ago.NE mein jo end user hain unki raaton ki neend haraam thi aur abhi kuch aur der rahegi. We at CR would be happy for any progress at NE kyunki NE actually mein Crossing extension hain.Look at the crowd that came in crossing in this week end.Jo bhi NE dekhne aata hain wo poochta hain ki woh Buildings kaun si hain.when they see to jo afford kar sakta hain woh CR mein hi RTM book kara raha hain..

  • Hi,
Any one has booked flat in newly launched projects like Gold Coast Crossing republik, Arocon Golf and Diyansh Fabio?
Why these projects are hold up???
Any one having any idea. Please share.
Everytime when I am calling to these builders they are giving next date.
Are all builders are like this only?

  • GDA Approval issue

Any updates on the GDA issue:

    1) What is the actual problem (higher floors, possession without completion certificate, or something else) due to which construction is stopped?
    2) Can builders give possession of the almost ready towers (i.e. if only finishing work is pending) OR GDA has just stopped construction for towers having incomplete structure?
    3) When is this issue expected to be resolved?

Don't worry about the rising cost of cements and steel prices. builders all know this and they even now how to make money from end users by increasing more towers and increasing maintenance fee. If everything like cement & steel are so costly, then why are builders are selling RTM at low cost.
I don't know what kind of lifestyle you have but although CR is RTM but still it has their own issues like NH connectivity, nearby villages, Factories near by which are polluting nearby air and Dumping ground. This is why rates are cheap there.
So if you are happy to know all these facts and these all are acceptable to you, then nothing can be better than this. :) but don't give false picture to others like dumping ground will never come when HC had already passed it and SC hearing is still pending. Don't mix end use with the flat valuation.

HA HA HA HA ..........aapki booking kahan par hai bhai sahab.
