Hello
I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

Happy threading :)

The area under green lines is much much more than 14 acres.. on map you can compare the sizes with CR socities size as reference.

:D:D:D, sepulchar was spamming the GNW threads may because of that he got suspended.

Anyhow, he sells NP, you can easily make out, but on one point he is right, all CR guys on IREF take every comment personally and try to trivialize the problems.

  • Boss i just said you write like him. nothing else. may be coincidence.

  • Paramount is built on approx 7.5 acres.. so make it double then I think it will fit in the green marked area... I might be wrong too..

  • 1. The road to GC2 & MyWoods already exists (only a patch of 100m or so is left that encircles GC2). Question is about last 500m or so in GN, that should go towards CR, where Shaberi people have build temporary structures to claim the agriculture land as Abadi.
There is no reason to believe that GNIDA will built this last 500m, as all it's beyond it's current development layout (can change in future though).
    2. Better make new Shaberi culvert before current one collapses.

I understood the answer to my query. Thank you.

    1) Its better to have something then nothing, if new culvert will come by june or lets say july , atleast we will get alternate road, the road will be constructed by CIPL till its jurisdiction , rest falls in GN, we all know that GN authority is known for making good and wider road, also Mahgun and other societies falls in that approach road , so that has to be there sooner or later.
    2) agree its not dam .. but its India my friend.. authority has to take permission from different department, ( GDA, irrigation department etc) and all knows how files moves.. but we are optimistic , atleast CIPL will put pressure on them due to resident's protest...

    :D, no issues.

Maybe GNW guys who bought in Golf townships are avoiding the possibility, what happened in CR will happen to GNW Golf towns. All authority mandated open/green space taken up by "the golf course". An apartheid system where, majority builds but can only watch helplessly from sidelines while "Gora-saheb" plays golf. :bab (59):
