I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

    aPPEARS TO BE A GOOD CLUB. wHAT is the maintenance and other(club usage etc) charge being taken by the builder ?

    14 अप्रैल वर्ष 2012 में प्रदेश सरकार बदलने के बाद ही जीडीए में सीनियर पदों पर अधिकारियों की नई टीम तैनात हुई थी। सीनियर आईएएस संतोष कुमार यादव को प्रदेश सरकार ने जीडीए में तैनात किया। उन्हें उपाध्यक्ष और अध्यक्ष दोनों पद का कार्यभार दिया गया। डी. आर. यादव को चीफ इंजीनियर के पद पर तैनात किया गया था। अचानक डी. आर. यादव के खिलाफ हुई निलंबन की कार्रवाई के कारण पर जीडीए अधिकारी बोलने को तैयार नहीं है। चर्चा है कि किसी ठेकेदार की ओर से लगाए गए गंभीर आरोप के कारण प्रदेश सरकार ने उन्हें निलंबित कर दिया है। जांच भी मेरठ कमिश्नर मृत्युंजय कुमार नारायण को दी गई है। कई इंजीनियर इस मामले के बाद से तनाव की स्थिति में हैं। असल में यादव को निलंबित करने के पीछे अब तक कारणों का पूरी तरह से पता नहीं चल पाया है। मगर कुछ लोग यह भी मानते है कि जीडीए के कुछ अफसरों में आपसी गुटबाजी भी इसके पीछे हो सकती है।

    Recently Tower is installed on Building of Gaur Global Village, some quoted on yahoo group now area around that Idea signal is excellent.

  • Do you guys know that tower installed on your head is not good for health? many RWAs don't allow such towers on their residential Buildings.
    even noida-greater noida authority have issued notices to remove such tower from residential buildings.

    Hey NoidaX, if you get a deal or any infor please let me know too because I am in search too but I will be buying in August or in Sep but not now and right now I am trying to get an idea how much will it cost to buy a 2 bhk of around 950-1000 sqft.
    My budget is not really too high...just around 35 lacs......

    you can get 2 BHK in 35 lacs. but hard to get anything direct from builder.
    you will have to buy from resale market only and have to have some cash for that.

  • I am searching for a flat desperately in CR. I got a couple of calls from property dealers but all of them wants around 10-15 lacks as black.

    This is very difficult for a salaried person, any idea on the Amrapali project located on outskirts of CR.

    Suggestions are welcome.
    @tech - Surely would update you if found anything reasonable.
