I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

    Please tell me current circle rates of RTM flat in CR. I have seached on http://ghaziabad.nic.in/sadar_sro_rate_list/rate_list_sro1.PDF site, Its 30000 Rs Per Square Meter. with this calculation
    1 Square Meter = 10.7639 Square feet Means 2787 Rs per square Feet. While Dealers in CR are saying it's around 3350 Rs per square feet. There is a lot of confusion. If anyone has done registry recently please update.

    I have paid 249400 for 1217 sq ft. Now you can calculate. I have send this draft to chief tresary officer ghaziabad last week only and waiting for my turn to do the registry. .

  • I paid approx 2Lakh 22K for 1425sqft some 2 years back.. so it seems it has increased steeply.. good I saved some bucks..

    I paid 2,36,000 for 1725 sq ft flat..But it was only 15 months earlier..So i guess original booking price also plays a part....

    Yeah ...registry amount is 7% of your BSP or 7% of circle rate*area ... whichever is higher ...generally all of us have got it done on 7% of BSP ,which depends on the rate on which you bought ...i remember earlier it was around 16K per sqmt ... but now it is around 30K per sqmt ... but still it is lower than current selling rates in CR ..fact is hopefully nobody has done it on circle rate ...

    hi Satya,
    It seems that you have done you registry almost on the circle rate only ..i.e. 3000 psft..which is much lower than current rates..so either
    1) you had quite an old booking at less than 3000 psft , but you are giving this much registry amount because of increase in circle rate ..
    or
    2) you bought the flat in resale showing 3k psft as BSP ..and rest ....;);)

    This was a fresh booking done two years ago. The registry is always calculated on circle rate or bsp whichever is higher.

    Circle rate has been inceased and obviously it is higher then ths booking rate which was 1800 per sqft that time.

    I guess the revision in circles rate done in early Aug only

    I've paid around 2.32lac for 1230 sq.ft. (114 mts.) on 31st july 2013. fortunate enough because the circle rates got revised fromn 1 august 2013 onwards.

    Does not seem to be much difference in circles rate after the recent revision
    Mine is 1217 and I paid 2.49 lac.

    शहर में सॉलिड वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट साइट बनाने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। सेक्टर-123 में बनने वाली इस साइट के खिलाफ डाली गई याचिका नैशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल (एनजीटी) ने बुधवार को खारिज कर दी। ट्रिब्यूनल ने तय मानक व इंजीनियर्ड डंपिंग साइट बनाने को कहा है। उधर, इस फैसले को अथॉरिटी ने शहर के डिवेलपमेंट के लिए मील का पत्थर बताया है। अभी तक वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट साइट बनाने पर एनजीटी की रोक के चलते काम रुका हुआ था। करीब 25 एकड़ जमीन पर इस महत्वाकांक्षी प्रोजेक्ट को बोट आधार पर बनाया जाना है। इंटरनैशनल पैटर्न के इस साइट पर बिजली बनाने की भी योजना है। जबकि हर तरह के गार्बेज को अलग तरह से इस्तेमाल करने योग्य बनाया जाएगा। अथॉरिटी ने एनजीटी की रोक हटने के बाद कंसल्टेंट कंपनी के लिए ईओआई आमंत्रित किए हैं।
    अथॉरिटी के पीई पब्लिक हेल्थ बी. के. सिंह ने बताया कि सेक्टर-123 में सॉलिड वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट साइट के निर्माण पर से एनजीटी की रोक हटने के बाद अब काम को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर कराया जाएगा। मॉडर्न टेक्निक से इसे बनाया जाएगा। साइट तक घरेलू वेस्ट को पहुंचाने के लिए शहर के अलग-अलग इलाकों में कलेक्शन सेंटर बनाए जाएंगे। जहां से वेस्ट की अलग-अलग छंटाई कर साइट तक पहुंचाया जाएगा। साइट पर वेस्ट के हिसाब से उसका निस्तारण किया जाएगा। नवंबर महीने में कंसल्टेंट का चयन कर इसके प्रपोजल को फाइनल शेप दिया जाएगा।
    सफाई का नया मास्टरप्लान जल्द
    वहीं शहर में मैनुअल साफ-सफाई के बजाय इंटरनैशनल लेवल के मैकेनाइज्ड सिस्टम को लागू करने के लिए अथॉरिटी ने कंसल्टेंट कंपनी के लिए ईओआई आमंत्रित किए हैं। शहर में सफाई के नए मास्टरप्लान के तहत कंसल्टेंट कंपनी देश और विदेश के नामचीन शहरों में इस्तेमाल होने वाली तकनीक का यूज यहां करने की योजना बनाएंगे। अथॉरिटी के प्रोजेक्ट इंजीनियर (पब्लिक हेल्थ) बी. के. सिंह ने बताया कि दिवाली के बाद कंसल्टेंट कंपनी का चयन कर शहर की सफाई के नए मास्टरप्लान को लागू करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी।

    If they do it properly then and then only it would continue to operate..we have many examples where such plants have not succeeded..

    There is many a slip between coffee & the lip..

    Please also post on Noida thread...why this selective bashing of CR..

    Please read new technology, mechanized system..why are you not ready to give this system a chance..

    Either they will operate in an environment friendly way or close down..In no way general public will suffer...
