I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

  • Bhai jyaada khus hone ke jaroorat nahi hai..Aaj maine 2-4 dealers se baat ki bol rahe hai 2 seal se koi rate me increase nahi hua hai.. I amsurprised to see 1875 sw ft flat selling in 61 lac which is quoted rate only...
    No buyer in market and rental value of 3 bhi is 11 k where I can't pay EMI with that amount..

    Sorry i don't understand why you people underestimate too much for CR. I have rented my 3BHK 1700 sqft flat for 17000/- per month, excluding maintenance charge.

  • cookie..I think rented in dream...and as far I know nothing 1700 Sq ft in 3 bhk either 1750,1725 so on...I think it's just a fake stmt and nothing.

    Does your flat have a view to Heaven?

    While none is willing to pay 10000, you are getting 17000+maintenance. fools paradise hai kya?

    It is 3 bhk and fully furnished. So I think it is possible to get that rent. I am paying approx 10k for a 2 bhk (semi furnished).
