I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

    What is the current rate of Axis bank? I guess it should be around 10.5%, this is not high compare to other banks.

    It is little bit higher... < 25 it is 10.75% and for >25 it is 11%

  • By the way anybody have Idea about diff b/w Retail Asset Branch and Bank... for e.g PNB or Axis Retail branch vs their other Branch....

    HDFC is better then. It has 10.5%. You can mail them for any query and they will respond you for sure in 24 hours.They are very good at customer services.

    Cheapest among all banks, i guess it is SBI with interest rates 10.25% but it is hard to get loan from them.

  • The basic reason I raised this query... because one of friend was looking for the home from loan Axis Bank... but other than one Branch (which is Retail Asset Branch) is doing Loan to the project. We have checked the Axis Website and It is showing retail Asset branches:

    फायर विभाग के अफसरों ने जांच की तो वे हैरान रह गए। लापरवाही पाते हुए उन्होंने तत्काल एनओसी निरस्त कर दी। यही नहीं फायर विभाग ने सिस्टम सुधारने के लिए 25 दिन का समय दिया है।

    एनएच-24 स्थित क्रासिंग रिपब्लिक टाउनशिप में अग्निशमन विभाग की टीम ने 14 अगस्त को महागुन मस्कट बिल्डर के टावर में आग से बचाव के उपकरणों की जांच की। टीम को बेसमेंट में इस्तेमाल किए जा रहे होजरील्स से नोजिल गायब मिली, ब्रॉच पाइप, फायर अलार्म और कंट्रोल मार्क नहीं मिले, टावरों से लैंडिंग वाल्व समेत कई खामियां मिलीं। फायर विभाग ने मार्च में जारी एनओसी निरस्त कर दी। चीफ फायर ऑफिसर विजय कुमार ने बताया कि महागुन मस्कट ने एनओसी का शर्ताें का उल्लंघन किया है। बिल्डर को 25 दिन में सिस्टम दुरुस्त करने को कहा है। अगर सिस्टम ठीक नहीं किया तो बिल्डर के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करा दी जाएगी। बता दें कि इस प्रोजेक्ट में 15 टावर हैं। ज्यादातर में लोग रहने लगे हैं।

    Ya.. i agreed. but this Sat I visit the site and found 95% work completed. and they will give possession by next month. Actually I am searching 2 bhk in CR and found one good deal in golden heights. Anyone also have flat in their.

  • I buyed 1725 sq ft Main Crossing 3 BR flat at 2400 Rs in April 2012. Already shifted in House. I am very proud of my decision. My office is in Sector 63, Noida. morning it takes around 25-35 minutes to cover 9.5 Kms & in evening it takes 15-20 minutes to cover the same distance. buses of 30 different schools come to crossings & travelling time is max 40 minutes for children. My flat's valuation has risen by almost 15 Lacs.Still I think this is the most underrated project in whole NCR. Everybody who is visiting us are surprised to see such nice standard of living. DG will never come.Shahberi pulia is being widened. Once NH 24 is widened & road to NE gol chakkar is made this area would shine like anything. On daily basis shops are opening. SBI is also coming. House keeping and land scaping is excellent. I personally feel that a bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush. right now NE is a bush.Nehar Paar Faridabad, CR, Rajnagar, New Gurgaon all these areas took 6-7 years to shape up. NE would be worse than that.Cement prices are up and so is steel. from where all these builders would get cheap labour. NE would take more time than expected. Supertech is promising Eco village in 2013. Ask this builder to first give its project in CR which it has been building for 6 years. So all in all jo dikh raha hain wahi acchha hain.CR main bade se flat mein rehne ka majaa jyaada acchha hain.

    How can be sure that Dumping ground will never come. Is't it a speculation ??When HC have given a decision in favour of constructing Dumping ground, how can you be so sure?? Case is still in SC.
    Don't worry about the rising cost of cements and steel prices. builders all know this and they even now how to make money from end users by increasing more towers and increasing maintenance fee. If everything like cement & steel are so costly, then why are builders are selling RTM at low cost.
    I don't know what kind of lifestyle you have but although CR is RTM but still it has their own issues like NH connectivity, nearby villages, Factories near by which are polluting nearby air and Dumping ground. This is why rates are cheap there.
    So if you are happy to know all these facts and these all are acceptable to you, then nothing can be better than this. :) but don't give false picture to others like dumping ground will never come when HC had already passed it and SC hearing is still pending. Don't mix end use with the flat valuation.
