Hello
I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

Happy threading :)

Actually we should accept the facts that every area have Pro and Cons. Everyone wants to only listen about positives about his builder, area but no one want to hear negatives. If we ask builder to give status about delay in construction, he replied simply ki sirji rate bar gaye hai aap tension kyu le rahe ho. Similarly if any of our friend in circle ask status about our flat which is under dispute we try to hide the facts by saying rates are appreciating, so no tension. Hamare rate to 300% bar gaye hai paper par. So it is not only investors who promote areas even we end users try to promote our project among our friend circle even if we are not happy with builder or area. This will trap more end users who will then do the same.
So this will help no one except those faulty builders who are making big revenue even they delivered shitty projects.
So who should be blame, we end users who trap others by giving false picture or we keep on blaming brokers, builders every time??

    CR wale bhaiyo,

Bura mat manana , but did somebody tried to enter/exit CR in morning 8am to 10 am .
Some one told me it takes 30 min to go out of CR in morning becoz of narrow roads.

once CR will be full of residents what will be the condition ..

    Just imagine guys.

I agree with @hindustan...... People get emotionally attached to their investments, which sometimes create false perception rather than reality......but it's somewhat natural on this earth.."Har Maa koh apna baccha pyara hota hai" .....

Another perspective to it is now people have become mature they know there is lifecycle of project and no project (barring exceptions) is delivered in 2-3 years time as promised by builder ...it take good 5-6 years to become really liveable .. so they just chill and enjoy the talks.....:bab (35):

    Nor in support nor against:

I am working in Noida and few of my friends are commuting daily from CR, and they are quite happy..... never heard anything like this from them.

And even if land belongs to GNN, GDA shows it as residential in it's masterplan:)

  • I am an end user, started my dream home search by RNE about a month back, didnt liked it as it was far away from my office in Noida, then luckily for me NE was cleared and I started searching there from last 10 days, went to each project there, then i saw CR adjacent to NE, I was surpurised to see the beautiful main CR socitey, We decided to book in CR but need to pay big amount upfront for CR RTM as i didnt have big savings so cant afford it now, so only option left is NE as I will pay 10 percnt and then via home loan i can afford it.
But given a choice I prefer CR to live in, I think most of the salaried people will go to NE because of destiny and not by choice. I hope NE will also become livable like CR in 3-4 years....
    Cheers.... Ashish Sethi.

    Yaar ,

    why telling a big lie...

In yahoo groups ,there is a forum called "crossing republic" ,where only CR residents are member, and you see there. Crossing residents are themselves discussing about what will happen when CR occupancy increases.

Man, i am not against CR ,but then just tell the truth rather than your
"ALL IS WELL " attitude .
