I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

    Yes, I booked flat there... and just wanted to know the current condition of consturction..... Do you have any idea when consturction will resume?

    1. excavation completed.
    2. raft casting completed
    3. basement completed
    4. First floor yet be started.

    But Work is hold since last 6 months.
    When did you booked in Gold Coast?

    a) Plan is approved by GDA upto 11th floor.
    b) However builder sold upto 14th floor.
    c) Location is average (Infront of smalling Nala)
    d) Builder has good experience.

    2. Gold Coast:
    a) Plan is not approved by GDA.
    b) There is big problem in this project. Without approval construstion has started.
    c) Location is very good (Infront of Golf Course and road)
    d) Builder is new. Experience is -NIL-
    Rating: 0.5 (half) Star

    3. Arocon Golf Ville:
    a) Plan is not approved by GDA.
    b) There is big problem in this project. Without approval construstion has started.
    c) Location is good (Infront of Golf Course)

    नवयुग मार्केट।। ग्रेटर नोएडा के सूरजपुर से प्रताप विहार के सामने एनएच-24 को जोड़ने वाली फोर लेन रोड ने सात साल में 500 मीटर की दूरी आखिरकार नाप ली और अब इसके 26 अक्टूबर से पहले ट्रैफिक के लिए खोलने के आसार बन रहे हैं। हालांकि अब भी फोर लेन नहीं, बल्कि सिंगल लेन ही खोलने का प्लान है क्योंकि प्रोजेक्ट अधूरा है। ॉ

    जीडीए के इग्जेक्यूटिव इंजीनियर ए. के. सिंह ने बताया कि ग्रेनो में 26 अक्टूबर से फॉर्मूला वन रेस के आयोजन से पहले यह रोड ट्रैफिक के लिए खोल दी जाएगी। सिंगल लेन भी खोले जाने से लोगों को फॉर्मूला वन रेस के दीदार के लिए जाने में आसानी हो जाएगी। इस रोड के खुल जाने से यूपी गेट से ग्रेनो के सूरजपुर तक का सफर मात्र 25 मिनट में पूरा होगा, जिसमें फिलहाल दो घंटे तक लग जाते हैं।

    क्या है प्रोजेक्ट
    ग्रेटर नोएडा के सूरजपुर से फोर लेन रोड बनाकर प्रताप विहार के पास जोड़ने के प्रोजेक्ट पर सात साल से ग्रेनो अथॉरिटी और जीडीए मिलकर काम कर रहे हैं। 14 किलोमीटर लंबी इस रोड को ग्रेनो अथॉरिटी ने पांच साल पहले अपने विकास क्षेत्र में करीब 12 किमी. तक बना दिया। बाकी दो किमी. रोड बनाकर उसे प्रताप विहार के सामने एनएच-24 से जोड़ने का जिम्मा जीडीए पर है। जीडीए इस प्रोजेक्ट पर करीब 10 करोड़ रुपये खर्च कर रहा है। लगभग पांच करोड़ रुपये पहले ही जारी हो चुके हैं।

    500 मीटर का हर्डल
    जीडीए को 31 दिसंबर 2012 तक यह प्रोजेक्ट पूरा करने का टारगेट मिला है। इस प्रोजेक्ट की राह में सबसे बड़ी परेशानी उन लोगों से थी, जिनके मकान रोड के एरिया में आ रहे थे। सिद्धार्थ विहार के पास राहुल विहार में करीब 40 लोगों के घर इस रोड के एरिया में आ रहे थे। ग्रेनो अथॉरिटी ने इन लोगों के लिए पांच एकड़ जमीन दे दी है। इस तरह रोड के लिए अब जीडीए के पास जमीन आ चुकी है।

    कुल 14 किलोमीटर में से अब 13.50 किलोमीटर रोड बन चुकी है। बाकी करीब 500 मीटर रोड बनाने के लिए जीडीए मिट्टी भराव कर चुका है। जीडीए की कोशिश में है कि 26 अक्टूबर से पहले कम से कम 500 मीटर रोड भले ही सिंगल बने , उसे ट्रैफिक के लिए खोल दिया जाए।

    again depending upon project,location , floor you can try for 3000-3500

    I have booked a flat in Galaxy Tower and has taken loan from Corporation Bank. I don't know whether it is a proof of the authenticity of the project/tower since Corporation Bank is a public sector bank. Can any throw light on it.

  • Bank Loan is only a proof of authenticity of legal paper work of builder related to permission to build as per plan. But builder can still do illegal things like building more floor, delay of possession, not giving what is promised and extra charge, and worst, not build at all. Builder is Baap.

    BTW, Livingston is a good project, dont worry at all.

    Refer the red line in map attached .....this area is about half kilometer long between supertech and panchsheel is meant for park.One more park is planned other side of fountain. This is as per my information....kindly correct if I am wrong.
