I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

  • It had cost me apprx. 43 lacs in 2009 for a 1st floor corner flat excluding registration in GGV-CR
    Super area 1870 sq feet but the carpet area is 933 sq feet excluding Balcony. Yes loading of 50% ( excluding Balcony) contrary to to what some people are saying here about loading %.
    Still don't know wheather it was a good deal for me or the builder made me pay more.

    This is amazing cookie...height of misguidance yaar...on one forum (crossing republic) ur promoting noida extn by again & again saying that it is good for investment & far better than crossing republic..now can u please explain how can a place be good for investment if it has land issues & has created all the mess in noida region (as per ur statement) ?...please don't put different-2 opinion on different forum..ur comments are not trustworthy ..

Ignore the posts "which clearly says above that 1800+ super area n carpet is 933 sqfeet ..... (point note its the owners statement) anyways gurgaon NE even dilli is nothing infornt of CR ... wish u all d best CR day dreamers

  • Srihari 2012 I completely agree with you..this is the worst layout offered by Gaur.i have never been fan of Gaur inspite of great reviews about them.

    At that time pricing was at high...just before recession...but you huge huge balconies..just like GH-7...350 sq ft of balconies. I am sure u must have made some part as puja room & some part as store..I have done the same & now call my house 3 BHK + puja + store still I have so around 200 sqft balconies huge space.

    I think your choice went a little wrong but still its at par with what is being offered & better then what is being offered in Noida Extension.

    Illustration purpose..... why assumptions when real figures are available.....do some ground work in CR and then tell me what is available in 2500. No assumptions pls. even magic bricks quotes CR rate 3050 to 3500.

    Is it so :( Almost 50% wasted, extremely high loading and totally opposite to what CR is claimed for affordable tag. I consider this be highest in NCR, BPTP for sure would be second in line :bab (45):
