I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

  • GHAZIABAD: The Ghaziabad Development Authority has finally been given a nudge by the state government to make commuting between the NCR and Delhi smoother. A new plan has been proposed to decongest the NH-24. A team ofNHAI and GDA officials did a recce of the highway and decided to work on laying new service lanes and constructing underpasses to divert traffic for smooth movement of vehicles.

    Giving details about the project, GDA vice chairman Santosh Yadav the authority will utilize existing underpasses at Shipra Mall and the carbon factory along NH-24 for diverting traffic. The authority has also proposed to build three new underpasses along the stretch from Lal Kuan to UP Gate, the locations of which would be soon decided. Besides, new service roads at Chhajarsi, CISF turn and Kalapathar would be constructed parallel to the highway to streamline traffic between Ghaziabad and Noida.

    In addition to these, three foot overbridges (FOB) have been planned, each at district collectorate, Vijay Nagar and Khoda so that pedestrians do not face problems crossing the highway. Yadav said, "We have given a detailed presentation to NHAI regarding these proposals and they have agreed to all of them in principle."

    GDA has also invited suggestions from the public for better planning and implementation of policies. These suggestions will be shared through phone, mobiles phones and cyber space.

    The authority also announced that allottees in various schemes can get their plots up to 300 sqm approved within a single working day. In addition, from next month, approval of building plans will also be done within a day.

  • एनएच 24 पर ट्रैफिक जाम से जूझने वालों के लिए यह उम्मीदों भरी खबर है। नैशनल हाइवे अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया (एनएचएआई) ने जीडीए और नोएडा अथॉरिटी के प्रस्ताव के आधार पर यूपी गेट से विजय नगर बाईपास के बीच 7 अंडरपास बनाने को मंजूरी दे दी। एनएचएआई एक महीने के अंदर अंडरपास के डिजाइन फाइनल कर सकता है। इस प्रोजेक्ट के प्रभारी जीडीए के अधिशासी अभियंता ए.के. सिंह के अनुसार अगले दो महीने के अंदर अंडरपास बनाने का काम शुरू हो सकता है।

    ए.के. सिंह के मुताबिक बुधवार को अंडरपास बनाने के संबंध में भूतल एवं परिवहन विभाग (दिल्ली) में बैठक हुई, जिसमें चर्चा के बाद एनएचएआई ने यूपी गेट से विजय नगर के बीच एनएच-24 पर 7 अंडरपास बनाने की मंजूरी दे दी। एनएचएआई का दावा किया कि अंडरपास का डिजाइन एक महीने के अंदर तैयार हो जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि अंडरपास पर अपने वाले खर्च को एनएचएआई वहन नहीं करेगा। जीडीए, नोएडा और ग्रेटर नोएडा अथॉरिटी को खर्च में हिस्सेदारी करनी होगी।

    क्या होगा फायदा

    सीआरआरआई (सेंट्रल रोड रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट) की एक सर्वे रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक विजय नगर और इंदिरापुरम कॉलोनी के सामने एनएच 24 पर ट्रैफिक जाम का कारण ट्रैफिक दबाव और कट है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक इंदिरापुरम के सामने इस रोड पर 1 लाख 35 हजार वाहन गुजरते हैं। इनके अलावा 25 हजार छोटे वाहन भी एनएच 24 पर दौड़ते है।

    एनएच-24 होगा डासना तक 12 लेन

    एनएचएआई यूपी गेट से डासना तक एनएच -24 को 12 लेन चौड़ा करने की तैयारी भी कर रहा है। इसमें 8 लेन की मेन रोड और दोनों ओर 2-2 लेन की सर्विस रोड होगी।

    - एवीईएस कॉलेज ( विजयनगर ) नोएडा एक्सटेंशन रोड से जोड़ने के लिए।

    - सूरजपुर ( ग्रेटर नोएडा ) से एनएच 24 को जोड़ने वाली प्रस्तावित रोड के लिए

    - गांव छिजारसी के सामने

    - सीआईएसएफ कट के पास

    - कालापत्थर के पास इंदिरापुरम

    ठ्ठजागरण संवाददाता, गाजियाबाद राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-24 को जाममुक्त बनाने की कवायद गाजियाबाद विकास प्राधिकरण (जीडीए) ने शुरू कर दी है। प्राथमिक सर्वे के बाद प्राधिकरण ने राजमार्ग पर तीन अंडर पास बनाने का प्रस्ताव बनाया है कि जबकि पहले से मौजूद तीन अंडर ब्रिज को यातायात के माकूल बनाने की तैयारी चल रही है। जीडीए उपाध्यक्ष संतोष यादव ने बताया कि पंद्रह दिनों में यहां काम शुरू हो जाएगा। बुधवार को जीडीए सचिव सुभाष चंद्र उत्तम के नेतृत्व में अभियंताओं की एक टीम ने राजमार्ग 24 का सर्वे किया था। इसके बाद उपाध्यक्ष संतोष यादव ने निर्णय लिया है कि जाम से निपटने के लिए सर्विस रोड के अलावा अंडर पास बनवाएं जाएं। इसके अलावा सर्वे में यह बात समाने आई कि यहां पहले से मौजूद तीन अंडर पास का इस्तेमाल यातायात का दबाव कम करने के लिए किया जा सकता है। टीम ने प्राथमिक सर्वे के बाद तीन स्थानों पर अंडर पास बनाने का प्रस्ताव बनाया है। इनमें पहला शिप्रा सन सिटी के पास, दूसरा सीआइएसएफ के नजदीक और तीसरा काला पत्थर के पास प्रस्तावित है। इसके अलावा टीम द्वारा यातायात सुधार के लिए निम्न स्थानों पर रोड और अंडर पास बनाया जाएगा। डायमंड फ्लाईओवर से राजमार्ग पर चढ़ने वाले वाहनों को लेफ्ट फ्री करने के साथ सर्विस रोड बनाकर उन्हें एनएच-24 में मिलाया जाएगा। एबीईएस कट के पास पहले से मौजूद अंडरपास को इस्तेमाल कर नोएडा से आने वाले वाहनों को सर्विस रोड के सहारे एनएच-24 पर चढ़ाया जाएगा। विजय नगर के प्रमुख चौराहे पर एक फुट ओवर ब्रिज प्रस्तावित है। व्यापार कर चेक पोस्ट के पास एप्रोच रोड बनाकर राजमार्ग पर दबाव कम किया जाएगा। इसी तरह कई अन्य योजनाओं पर भी काम शीघ्र शुरू हो जाएगा।

  • CM of UP was on visit i ghaziabad from delhi airport 2 days before. He called high ooficial meeting in ghaziabad. But alll the officers were stucked in NH-24 JAM.

    CM wait for them for 3 hours and then instructed them to necessary measures to eliminate jam on NH-24 in future. If he founds jam on NH-24, then he will take necessary action.

    So this is also good for CR residents. Now NH-24 jam problem is going to be resolved. This will further cause hike in rate.

    Very true, I saw that branch of "State Bank of India" is also opening there. Rates have been increased and none of the RTM 2BHK is available under 31 Lac in resale which was possible to find sometimes back.

  • My suggestion is that any person who is contemplating to purchase a property in Crossings Republik (CR) has a great opportunity to come to CR on 15/04/12.

    Around 1,600 families presently residing in CR will be out of their residences to protest the proposed construction of Dumping Ground (DG).

    This will be the best time to interact with the people residing there, understand the pros and cons of the area directly from the residents, ignoring brokers/investors/builders who might due to their own vested interests give biased information.

    Further DG to materialize besides overcoming the green hurdles of National Green Tribunal and Ministry of Environment and Forests, will have to obtain clearances from UP Pollution Control Board and National Human Rights Commission where numerous complaints are lying pending. Further Ministry of HRD and Ministry of Rural Development will eventually come into play since ABES Engineering College, Dundhera and Shahberi Village were there much before construction of DG was contemplated. As far as the residents of CR are concerned I understand that they already have a legal plan ready in the eventuality Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam wins in Supreme Court.

    My Relative has been offered 1270 Sq Ft 2BHK Ground Floor flat in Crossing Infra Pvt Ltd in Resale for 35 lakhs All Inclusive. I request CR members to comment on the price. Also how is the construction quality in Crossing Infra Pvt Ltd. What are issues in this area.

  • Builders in crossing republic are quoting 3000-3200 Rs/sqft for their inventries. Depending on the development going in and around township, I think this rate will touch 4000 in dipawali

    मीटर चौड़ी लिंक रोड के निर्माण की बाधा दूर
    ग्रेटर नोएडा अथॉरिटी ने चार एकड़ जमीन चिपियाना में दी
    भूमि को विकसित कर जीडीए करेगा प्लाटों का आवंटन
    लिंक रोड की 650 मीटर सड़क के निर्माण को मिले 15 करोड़
    क्रासिंग रिपब्लिक की सड़क भी होगी चौड़ी


    गाजियाबाद। तीन माह बाद एनएच-24 से ग्रेटर नोएडा आप सिर्फ 15 मिनट में पहुंच जाएंगे। ग्रेटर नोएडा से एनएच-24 तक आने वाले लिंक रोड के 650 मीटर लंबे हिस्से के निर्माण की बाधा दूर हो गई है।
    इस हिस्से में आने वाले करीब 125 मकानों में रहने वाले लोगों को ग्रेटर नोएडा अथॉरिटी ने प्लाट देने के लिए जीडीए को चिपियाना में चार एकड़ भूमि देने का निर्णय लिया है। साथ ही 650 मीटर सड़क निर्माण के लिए जीडीए को 15 करोड़ रुपये भी मिलेंगे।
    इसके साथ ही क्रासिंग रिपब्लिक
    की मुख्य रोड का भी
    चौड़ीकरण होगा।

    सोमवार को यह फैसला ग्रेटर नोएडा अथॉरिटी के सीईओ और जीडीए उपाध्यक्ष की हुई बैठक में हुआ है। इस फैसले से कई वर्षों से ग्रेटर नोएडा-एनएच-24 लिंक रोड का बंद पड़ा काम पूरा होगा। साथ ही इस लिंक रोड पर जिन लोगों के मकान आ रहे हैं वह भी खुश है। यह लोग लंबे समय से संघर्ष कर रहे थे। इनके विरोध की वजह से ही काम पूरा नहीं हो पा रहा था।
    एनएच 24-ग्रेटर नोएडा लिंक रोड का रोड़ा दूर
    2011 में 17 जनवरी को जीडीए ने सड़क बनाने का काम शुरू किया था। सिद्धार्थ विहार के नागरिकों ने जीडीए पर उजाड़ने का आरोप लगाते हुए विरोध प्रदर्शन शुरू कर दिया। इस पर जीडीए ने पुनर्वास के लिए ग्रेटर नोएडा अथॉरिटी से पांच एकड़ और जमीन की मांग रखी थी।
    जीडीए उपाध्यक्ष ने बताया कि रोड निर्माण की राह में आने वाले करीब 250 लोगों के पुनर्वास की व्यवस्था के लिए ग्रेनो अथॉरिटी चार एकड़ जमीन और 15.70 करोड़ रुपये देने पर राजी हो गई है। जल्द ही पुनर्वास और रोड का निर्माण शुरू किया जाएगा।
    भाजपा नेता यतेंद्र नागर ने बताया कि बीते डेढ़ साल से मुआवजे के लिए धरना जारी था। मुआवजे के पैटर्न के मुताबिक 75 वर्गमीटर तक जमीन के मालिकों को 30 वर्गमीटर और इससे अधिक वालों को 50 वर्गमीटर तक जगह दी जाएगी।

    जाम और लंबी दूरी से छुटकारा
    दरअसल, ग्रेटर नोएडा से गाजियाबाद जाने के लिए लाल कुंआ वाला ही रास्ता है। जैसे ही ग्रेटर नोएडा से गाजियाबाद की सीमा में प्रवेश करते हैं, जाम मिलना शुरू हो जाता है। सड़क भी टूटी हुई है। जैसे ही 80 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क बनेगी, गाजियाबाद एनएच-24 तक जाने में ग्रेटर नोएडा से मात्र 15 मिनट और एक्सटेंशन से पांच मिनट लगेंगे। नोएडा के लोग भी इसका प्रयोग कर सकेंगे।
    03 महीने में बन जाएगी सड़क
    रोड बनने के बाद एनएच-24 से ग्रेटर नोएडा (न्यू हालैंड फैक्ट्री) का सफर मात्र 10 मिनटों में पूरा किया जा सकेगा। इसके अलावा जीडीए की बहरामपुर में आने वाली आवासीय योजना को भी रोड निर्माण के बाद गति मिलेगी। जीडीए उपाध्यक्ष ने सोमवार को बताया कि रोड के अधूरे हिस्से का निर्माण तीन माह में पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। ग्रेटर नोएडा आवागमन करने वाले शहरवासियों को रोड निर्माण से खासी राहत मिलेगी।


    एक नजर में रोड का गणित
    4.5 किलोमीटर लंबी रोड का तीन किलोमीटर हिस्सा ग्रेटर नोएडा अथॉरिटी बना चुकी है।
    1.5 किलोमीटर का हिस्सा जीडीए को बनाना है। इसमें 850 मीटर का हिस्सा जीडीए बना चुका है। बाकी 650 मीटर का हिस्सा बनना है। रोड निर्माण की कुल लागत 51 करोड़ रुपये है। जीडीए और ग्रेटर नोएडा अथॉरिटी आधी-आधी लागत वहन कर रहे हैं। ग्रेनो अथॉरिटी ने रकम के अलावा सात एकड़ जमीन देने का वादा किया था। अथॉरिटी पूर्व में दो एकड़ जमीन और 10 करोड़ रुपये दे चुकी है। सोमवार को बाकी चार एकड़ जमीन और 17.50 करोड़ रुपये देने पर सहमति हुई है। वर्तमान में चार लेन की इस सड़क को ट्रैफिक बढ़ने पर छह लेन तक चौड़ा किया जाएगा।
