I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

    Didnt hear anything about official start on the NH-24 widening front .. not even clear which proposal has been accepted (if any)... 6 lane/8 lane /elevated road / more underpasses :) .... so this might seem a standalone piece of work

    Someone told Crossings Golf Course Membership Charges are much higher than what quoted here, actually a lot of confusions around, considering that societies are asking between 2k to 5K for normal club services in non IT cities of NCR (except Gurgaon and Noida), I am wondering if someone can share the actual charges.

    Thats what I heard different versions, but one thing is sure Golf course, as advertised by builders is certainly not for common man, some one told 1.5Lacs one time and running cost aditional 20K PA. etc

    no clear picture, but as I said crossing's golf course is not for common man of crossings :bab (59):

    thats a discounted figure for a GZB golf course :) .. jaypee is asking for 10lakh on expressway in wishtown

    buddy he got it becoz it was original booking with builder as one was cancelled... if u go thru brokers also then many are giving in 35-36 lacs...

    just contact few brokers and u will get it ...

    even i m trying to get a builder booking or resale in a white part but can't get till now....


    Is it RTM ?? I do not think so really. I recently booked a flat in CR and yes the current market is around 40l for 2bhk.

    Since we do not require flats it is people like you who have to take lead & provide us the inner details

    i stay in indrapuram and booked a flat in CR.
    You can only get a builder floor for 40l that too a 700-800 sqft unit no other facilities. and parking is a big problem. go for CR its a good place.

    as far as I know it's 16th Floor..No other charges other than registry..Some meter charge is there..rest ashish can confirm

    50l + Service tax + reg charges + some electric meter and maintenance charges
    Total is 57 (approx)
