I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

  • Any news about Automatic Tellering Machine's.i sometimes think that CROMS's effort are channelised towards things that are not in the right direction.Croma keeps talking about Post offices.They say that letters do not get delivered.I have not faced this problem till date.Couriers & Indian post has delivered all that have been sent to me. we should focus on things like 's, Hospitals, schools..

    yes the Saviour location is far off towards other end. I went to Saviour to see the project from fountain chowk and found that its really a long distance to commute from fountain chowk. Also the locality nearby is not covered with boundaries and this project seems to be isolated.

    There is some work going behind Gaur and Obit Plaza, don't know whether this work relates to the Hospital location between Gaur and Mahagun.

    Do you know when the other Pulia i.e. behind GH-7 will be open for public use. Nowadays there is hell lot of traffic jam in shahberi that starts itself from outskirts of shahberi village at 7-8 PM.

    During evening time we take NH-24 to return.We work in sector -63 hence we can manage that very easily.

    As far as other pulia is concerned..concrete blocks are ready for the culvert.On the other side of Naala also mud has been dumped.I did not understand the actual route & on being asked people asked me to visit Mahagun Mywoods in Noida extension to get the real idea.i plan to visit soon on this route.

    Regarding huge excavation behind Orbit plaza..I shall soon confirm the plans..

  • Unethical demand of interest by Paramount - Please sugegst

    Dear Freinds,

    Require your help,

    Paramount has suddenly demanded interest for so called late payments. They never send demand letter on their own and normally send after 2-3 reminders. As you are aware banks disburse only after receiving demand letter.
    I have flat in Paramount mapple CR.
    Please suggest your experience.

    I have written in the forum before that Saviour Greenisle is the first exclusive project of Saviour Group. Earlier they have partnered with Gaur and SPS Group. So, being their first project, it is pretty important for them. However, their 2nd own project in Mohan Nagar generated good response and therfore the resources were shared, resulting in slowdown of construction pace earlier. With NX re-opening, resources will get more shared even more and things will take longer to pick up on existing sites.

    On possession delay, Saviour is the first project in CR Phase 2, and by design it was scheduled to come later than Phase I projects. Saviour Greenisle has delayed posession by 12-18 months in Phase 1 towers, which is pretty normal by Real Estate standards.

    On quality of construction, the company has delivered reasonable well and the construction quality is satisfactory.

    The reason that construction is not happening currently is becasue Saviour doesn't have the approval for 19+ floors in their 24 floor towers - still unresolved with authorities.

  • When we discussed this with Saviour guys they said the possession will be delayed and will be giving that around end of 2014 for the Phase 2.

    Here, I am still in doubt's about possession of their Phase 1 flats. I think it's still not given.

  • Widen NH-24, demand Gzb residents


    NEW DELHI: Ghaziabad residents staged a protest at Jantar Mantar on Saturday demanding the widening of NH-24 and 58 at the earliest.
    The protest was held under the leadership of the city Residents Welfare Association (RWA) federation.

    “These highways are a lifeline for Delhi and a means of livelihood for the commuters of Trans Hindon areas —Indirapuram, Vasundhra, Vaishali and other colonies. These roads also serve as a means of communication for the military, in case of any external aggression,” said Col Tejender Tyagi of Ghaziabad RWA federation.
    “If highways emanating from Delhi, including the Delhi-Agra, Delhi-Jaipur, Delhi-Chandigarh highway, have been widened then why is the government delaying the widening of NH -24 and 58,” said one of the residents.
    “A proposal to widen these highways from 10 to 16 lanes in different stretches is already in Parliament but the surface ministry is not giving a firm time schedule. Commuters are suffering every day due to traffic snarls on NH-24 and 58,” said Pramod Sharma, a resident.
