Crossing Republic: An unsustainable township, which has not basic amenties.

    1. No tall, shaddy trees to give fresh air, only tall conrete jungle which always increase the temerature of atmosphere.
    2. No permanant source of water supply. Think if one family consume 800 literewater/perday then 20000X800=16000000 litres perday ground water is being used. it means that after 10 year whole area will become dry.
3.No park for kids and children...kya bacche golf cource mei golf khlne jaynge kya.........vo bhi 2 lakh membership fee dekar..........sirf looto yaha ke resident ko.........no physical development of kids without sports and playgrounds/gardens. Yoga kaha karoge aap ...club mei ya golf course mei......
    4. Approach road; a thin bridge on nalla having huge traffic on it, to cross a stretch on 1 km , it take 1 hour.
    5. No sunlight, free flowing air in flats......... very high density township..only sabhi tower chipka kar bana diye to save the land cost.
    6. Just opposite to gaziabad industrial area..............Pollution is free for its resident.
...............A totally non -eco friendly township...........just like a hell..........

Vikas ji builder society mei meter mei you have only right to pay and recharge your meter. kitna electricity consume hua, kitna maintnance aya, power backup aaya ye builder ka software hai ........Apko to bas 2000RS /month ki jagah 4000 rs recharge karvana hai........
THIS IS CLEAR VIOLATION OF CUSTOMER RIGHTS TO KNOW THE CONSUMPTION/SERVICES.

I heard that there is single meter /recharge coupan, which is used to govt electricity, power backup and maintainence. Then, in case after one month I want to know how much was govt elect bill.. and others separatly, how can i know that.
      2. Once builder officially release possesion letter, and how many days month, we have to take the possession. Is there any time limit?..and from which date maintence charges starts.
      3. Other than maintanence charge, any other fee which is suppose to pay every month to any one, whether any socity charge, or etc...

ohh bhai, itna bhi bura nahn he CR like you have portrayed.
recently moved to my CR flat and till now not much issue.
i don't agree with most your things

          1. No tall, shaddy trees to give fresh air, only tall conrete jungle which always increase the temerature of atmosphere. jitni greenry he kafi he abhi. i guess it will improve only.
          2. No permanant source of water supply. Think if one family consume 800 literewater/perday then 20000X800=16000000 litres perday ground water is being used. it means that after 10 year whole area will become dry. gurgoan se better situation he pani ki boss. so don't compare underground water. 10 years later no body knows kya hoga.
3.No park for kids and children...kya bacche golf cource mei golf khlne jaynge kya.........vo bhi 2 lakh membership fee dekar..........sirf looto yaha ke resident ko.........no physical development of kids without sports and playgrounds/gardens. Yoga kaha karoge aap ...club mei ya golf course mei......haan ek park hona chahiye, i also feel. but there are small parks or open spaces in most societies.
          4. Approach road; a thin bridge on nalla having huge traffic on it, to cross a stretch on 1 km , it take 1 hour. only problem in peak hrs in shaberi road, otherwise no issue. btw, i prefer NH 24 route to reach my noida office.
          5. No sunlight, free flowing air in flats......... very high density township..only sabhi tower chipka kar bana diye to save the land cost. boss it depends on your flat location. itna bhi chipke hue towers nahn he jitna aap bol rahe ho. i was staying on rent in sec-62 noida society for last 2 yrs. jitni space each tower ke bich mein honi chahiye wo he CR mein. juct choose a better location flat. mere flat me to subah se shaam tak sunlight aati he.
          6. Just opposite to gaziabad industrial area..............Pollution is free for its resident. abhi tak to feel nahn hua aisa.
...............A totally non -eco friendly township...........just like a hell..........
in short, if your stying on rent in noida or IP and paying 14k or 15k + rent, then boss kya bura he to shift in your own RTM flat. same i did. NE no doubt is better, but it will at least 5 yrs to become livable.

First of all many societies have green area ,park etc
40-50 L ke Budget me ,do you have any other better RTM option ?

If have tell others !!!!people will be agree to you.

Otherwise stay way from CR and let leave all problems to residents

Please tell our Eco specialist friends that the plants- planted in crossing will take some days / months and years to become a tree.

I think somebody have missed the bus to crossing thats why is trying to create fuss about all global issues.

I found the city from last two years very economical and healthy for me and my family.....!!

Anurag, Amit & Piku have replied

1] there are tress already plated..beside the naala...along the centre of roads..They are already becoming high..nice landscaping gives u feeling f greenery.
2] water quality is good.much much better than NP,Noida & Gurgaon...Ok ground water is being used par waterline bhi pipe line mein...when electricity is being by NTPC paani bhi aa jaayega...
3] Central park between Ajnara & Panchsheel would be huge one spanning from Golf Course road to shahberi road..wait & watch..aur sabhi socities mein green area, play area aur functional clubs hain...
4] Peak hours ka problem hain sirg Shahberi pulia..today it took me 5 minutes to cross this stretch at 9.00 am...because of NH-24-Noida Extension link this has already improved...NH-24 is also very very dependable..
5] Mere flat mein to sunlight aur hawa dono ka koi probs nahi hain..all flats are good..19-20 to har area mein hota hain...
6] Bhai Industries band kar de..waise bhi desh ka bura haal hain...jo jee khaa rahe hain unko maar de..Pollution is not that a big problem...rathi steel ko theek hona hain bas..aur ho jaayega kisi din kisi ne RTI daakhil ki seedha ho jaayega ya band ho jaayega..
7] Boss eco friendly kya Indirapura hain or for that matter Noida new sectors hain..Eco friendly ke naam par sewage directly hindon aur Agra canal mein daala jaata hain..

In short i also feel ki aap ki bus miss ho gayi hain...naa black ka paisa hain isliye aap aa nahi paa rahe ho..phir bhi aapke liye advice hain ki banks ne valuation badha di hain crossings ki ab 3 BR 50.00 lacs aur 2 BR 40.00 lacs ke hissab se loan milta hain..aa jao aur le lo

Mukuljee I agree with all what you say because you are your best judge as you live in CR but please do not misguide others. CR's water quality is much much inferior to underground water in NP because of latter being a better agricultural land.

                      1. There is no park, No Yoga place, No childern Play groung. Where is place for these activities. It means we need to pay two lacs rupees to use Golf Course for yoga, play ground etc.
                      2. Crossing was launched in 2006-2007. Six-Seven years gone still there is no connectivity. As on today there is very poor connectivity with Noida Extension and NH24. I gurantee there is no chance to inprove the connectivity even by 2015.
                      3. Builders did not get success to finalize any deal with any hospital. Becuase they did not got good deal in terms of money.
CROMA has deviated from his main mission.

                      Please comments on my post.

This is our immense pleasure to inform you that entire CROMA team was invited for “Bhoomi Pujan of School Land site at Crossings Republik by Gyan Shakti Trust on 24th October”. Bhoomi Pujan of land site was done by promoters of Gyan Shakti Trust wherein Mr. Manoj Gaur -Director CIPL was the Chief Guest. As per information provided therein by the promoters of Guarsons group, Gyan Shakti Trust is created by Guarsons Group for the educational institution purposes. Further it was informed that currently the trust has named the school as Gyan Shakti School. This confirms the status of about to start of some school Crossings Republik. However the promoters still not confirm whether school will be named as Gyan Shakti School or will tie with some brand in future which is not yet clear and which may re-open soon once the construction starts and it may take 2014 to start with operations depending upon start of construction. Accordingly name of school will be confirmed later on only at the opening time.

During on the spot meeting with with Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. ( i.e. CIPL) top management team alongwith Mr. Manoj Gaur-Director CIPL, taking the advantage of time various other points were discussed such as Road Connectivity, Hospital, Pond in between Gaur Global Village and Mahagun Mascot project, status on Post office etc etc. Following are the observations of discussion:

                      1. Connecting Roads:
Main Road Connecting from Noida Extenstion to NH-24 via Gaur City round about may get inauguration done soon as work is in progress which shall reduce the traffic issues via Shaberi village road. Another earlier proposed road from the back side of GH-7 connecting Crossings and Noida Extn., a piece of land in between is under LMC (Land Management Committee) possession for which approval will take some more time to start work on construction. Also, approval for widening of Shahberi Pulia is under progress awaiting approval from Greater Noida authority and thereafter work may start soon.

                      2) Hospital: As discussed CIPL so far has not get success to finalize any deal with any hospital. It was advised to CROMA team to inform residents that if the residents too have some good source then introduce them to CIPL management so that brand hospital tie up issue can be resolved well on time.

                      4) Pond in between GGV and Mahagun (adjourning to C&D Block): On the spot, Mr. Ashok Kumar (COO-CIPL management) and Mr. Tomar from CIPL management were advised to resolve the issue on priority.
                      5) POST OFFICE: CROMA team addressed that issue of land approval for Post Office is pending since long with CIPL management team despite joint meeting with CIPL and delegates from Post Office department few days back. On this, Mr. Ashok Kumar was advised to resolve the issue with some options of availability of shop in Gaur Village or in Galleria Market to start the temporary operations of Post Office at Crossings as soon as possible.

Apart from above discussions, the information is provided that 'CIPL is organizing free Golf pitting training programme starting from 26th Oct’12 for kids age between 5 to 15 yrs'. This information is already shared by CROMA by separate e-mail.

The abovesaid views and information is based on open discussion with Mr. Gaur during the ceremony of Bhoomi Pujan on 24th Oct and nothing binds any confirmation and CROMA is sharing the same for the information of residents.

As always, CROMA executive body will keep post all the residents update about the discussion of state of development of infrastructure with CIPL management time to time.Look forward your suggestions/inputs on the infrastructural development issues.

                      Warm Regards
