I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

    My anger is my right with GDA / System / Govt. It's my right to select the way I will use for protest. Also have right to put my independent thought on my selects media.

    If GDA official can announce development plans (fly overs, bridges, underpasses, widen roads, Metro lines, even underground metro lines) for other areas then why not for CR?

    I am agree for the point that other area are much old and CR is new. One day when CR will become old then all facility I will get in CR. But don't forget this point that CR of course is a new area but population wise is same / comparable then other area of GZB.

    If Govt can announce Rs 3337 Cr for development of Very New area which is Years and Years far from population then why not for CR?

    I am not aspecting Singapore for CR but basic requirements and old promises.

    Around 2008-09 there are lots of such news like widening of Nh-24, and Metro plan/route in GDA over NH-24, just because of CR, wavecity and other project on Nh-24 promotion and buyer attention.

    Today's lolly pop is same for RNE and other near by projects on NH-58

    I am not saying that all announcement are wrong but most ones just because of builder's lobby. We will discuss this further when actual ground will start on these announcement. If announcement would have been the criteria then till now NH-24 would have become 8 lanes multiple times, plus elevated with Metro connectivity.

    क्या है प्रॉब्लम :
    राजनगर एक्सटेंशन कट की रेड लाइट पर पीक आवर्स में कई बार दो - दो किमी . लंबा ट्रैफिक जाम लग जाता है। एनएच -58 पर गाजियाबाद - मेरठ का ट्रैफिक , राजनगर एक्सटेंशन आने - जाने वाला ट्रैफिक और एएलटी रोड का ट्रैफिक यहां चौराहे पर फंसता है। ट्रैफिक सर्वे रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक , यहां से गुजरने वाला 42 पर्सेंट ट्रैफिक भारी गाडि़यों का होता है। हेवी वीइकल्स वाला ट्रैफिक यहां मेरठ , गाजियाबाद और एएलटी रोड की ओर से आता है। राजनगर एक्सटेंशन एरिया में तेज विकास कार्यों को देखते हुए यहां टै्रैफिक का दबाव और बढ़ने की आशंका है।
    क्या है प्लान :
    यादव ने बताया कि जीडीए इस पॉइंट पर लगने वाले जाम से निपटने के लिए चौराहे पर फ्लाईओवर न बनाकर एनएच -58 को सात मीटर तक ऊंचा करेगा। इसके बाद चौराहे पर दो अंडरपास बनाए जाएंगे। दोनों अंडरपास एएलटी रोड से राजनगर एक्सटेंशन रोड पर आने - जाने के लिए हांंेगे।
    कैसे होगा ट्रैफिक का मूवमेंट :
    1. मेरठ से नया बस अड्डा - पुराना बस अड्डा की ओर आने - जाने वाला ट्रैफिक एनएच -58 से सीधे गुजरेगा।
    2. मेरठ की ओर से एएलटी रोड पर आने वाला ट्रैफिक चौराहे की सर्विस रोड से गुजरेगा। राजनगर एक्सटेंशन के लिए यह ट्रैफिक अंडरपास से गुजरेगा।
    3. राजनगर एक्सटेंशन की ओर से मेरठ जाने वाला ट्रैफिक सर्विस लेन से लेफ्ट टर्न लेगा , जबकि एएलटी रोड के लिए यही ट्रैफिक अंडरपास से सीधे गुजरेगा।

    Why you have step behaviour with CR?

    Kindly let me know the reason that what is the reason behind this. You have thousand of rupees for development of Ghazaibad city but not have a single penny for CR.

    I like to ask you how much % of total expanse you have did from past 10 year for development of NH-24 par area.

    OK tell me only for past 5 years story. How much % of total expanse you have did for us?

    OK past is past at-least Finally tell us what is plan and money you will have for next 2 years for NH24 par area.

    Next 2 years are special celebration time for cz you will have Lot and Lot of money from CR buyers.

    One side is NH24 Par Area from Khoda to Lal Kuan and Other side is Gzhaziabad (Rajnagar Extension, Vasundhara, Indirapuram, Vijay nagar, Nehrunagar, Vivekanandnagar, Kavinagar, Shashtrinagar, Govindpuram .................)

    Is this area (NH24) is not a part of GHAZIABAD CITY and a part of GHAZIABAD VILLAGE (Unauthorised area of GZB City).

    No -ve comments pls for this post. This is a latter of CR buyer to GDA.
    GDA ke Chamche or Brokers se request hai ki wo faltu bakwas na kare.
    I will wait for GDA Announces and implementation of his Old Announces / Premisses.
    Issues are well known by all readers.

    One new from GDA posted above and second news from TV about Rs 3337 Cr projects announcement for NOIDA, Greater Noida and Yamuna Express Way Development.

    If you truely believe in all this then solution is quite simple just sell your CR house and buy one in RNE at slightly attractive prices...Why so ho hala

    Announcements made by Akhilesh should materialize though it may not be time bound. But still good news for noida properties I would guess. The one thing in favor is that noida development authority is one of the more serious authorities in NCR. That could be the difference in execution. They certainly have the intent. With so much announced and metro file in the pipeline I see positives for the Noida real estate sector and importantly for buyers. My POV.
    By the way, seems like cookie bhai and suraj bhai are working towards some cease fire. Good good :)

    My budget is around 30~33Lac.
    is it good to invest in CR RTM flats as there are lot of issues as mentioned (dumping area, sewage water treatment, traffic jam etc), or should I go to GN, NE for under construction.

    can you please do a fvour, kindly pay a visit to CR , take list of issue mentioned by people like US, being neutral person, have a look and provide your insights on the issues and CR.

    anyways 33 lacs is less fro Cr, prices are hijacked by brokers ...RNE is ood opion or else GN

    Both of you are doing wonderful job by giving to the point replies to these brokers/ middlemen who are here just for nothing and diverting from the objective of the thread. It would be better if discusse some real issues / concern of CR like the progress of widening of Shaberi Pullia / Connectivity from the back side of GH-7, Target date of School opening in CR, start of battery operated auto/ bus within the CR and other public facilities for the CR residents.

    Because I came to know that widening of pullia & connectivity to Gaur Gol Chakkar is on hault due to villagers protest if it is so than CR resident must go to dicusse the matter with CIPL official / GDA and must put some extra pressure for the timely completion of such matters.

I heard a lot about DG in this thread. So tried some google and found out SC link to Ansal vs UP govt case. Can anyone confirm, disputed land in below case is proposed DG land near crossings? If yes, then anyone interested can check its real status on below link anytime:
