Hello
I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

Happy threading :)

    Dear Residents/Senior Members/Experts
I had booked a flat in Galaxy Tower about 1 year back. The construction work is stuck-up at 3rd floor since then. Every time I visit the site I am told that construction is going on. But the reality is that it is where it was 1 year back for the reasons best known to the builder. My payment plan is 'flexi' in which payment is to be made after every six months. I request the Senior Members/Experts to please guide whether it is mandatory to pay the instalment even if the work is held-up for so long? Whether the builder can charge the penal interest? What is the legal position in this regard? I am told that once penal interest is paid the builder is absolved of his liability to pay delayed-charges due to the late possession ! Could anyone please throw some light on the status of construction and the reasons for its stoppage ? Through this forum I request all the applicants of Galaxy Tower to please respond.

  • Please find below the clarification with regard to hoisting of flag provided on Croma Yahoogroup long back CrossingsRepublikOwnersAndMembersAssociation-CROMA : Crossings Republik Owners & Members Asso

Friends, I would like to point out that the national flag hoisted at the main gate has 100 feet high pole, flag of 30 feet wide and 20 feet in length. Dear friend, this flag once hoisted, will not be taken down ever. (it will be only taken down for maintenance issue but for that also, there are rules to follow) This is line of flag code of India, amended in year 2010, where it says, any Indian can keep the flag hoisted even at after sunset, given they follow certain rules of flag code. Main rules for this kind of hoisting are mentioned below. There are many more rules to be followed

    1. Proper and continuous lighting should be done around the flag.
    2. It should be manned 24hrs
    3. Height of pole should not be below 100 feet.
    4. If flag get damage to due to weather/wind/rain/etc, it should be replaced immediately

Friends, this flag hoisting has been done in coordination with Flag Foundation of India, headed by Shri Naveen Jindal, MP, Lok Sabha. It is the same foundation, which won a long fought legal battle, to get the right for every Indian citizen to hoist flag, at his/her home/office etc, any day. way back in 2002. Later, this foundation perused the legal battle with Union Government to get the flag code of India, amended, in which it was allowed that residents can keep the flag hoisted even after sunset only on special occasions. This was done in year 2009. Later, in 2010, Union Governement, further amended the flag code of India to allow residents to keep the flag hoisted through the year, 24hrs, provided they fulfill certain strict criteria and regulations.

Friends, this is not the first time, such flag has been hoisted in India. There are many such venues were flags are flying high, day and night. One of them is Crossings Republik, our own township.

If you are interested to know more on it, kindly visit the website of Flag Foundation of India or contact them.

Let me assure you all, CROMA, after getting experience from this success, is all upbeat to organize many more such social events, to bring residents of entire Crossings Republik, closer to each other.

    Regards and Thank You

    But

I was really shocked to see the National Flag is hoisted till 9.00 pm in the evening. Does no body in CR knows the rules of national flag hoisting. It is criminal and disrespect to Indian flag.

I request all living there to please make it to adhere the rules.

Everything depends on your budget and choice. Although I am not updated on latest rates in CR but rates for RTM properties are between 3800-4000 per sq. ft

    Thanks,

Thank you Bisht sir. I am totally clueless about CR so please tell me a society which is ideal for a man like my father, modest and down to earth who is not aware of the glamour of city life. Budget is not a constraint as he has enough money. You must be aware as the agricultural land around residential areas is so expensive.

Is there any scheme in any project where one can buy 3-4 apartments and get a discount also. 4 will be ok. One each for father, tau and chacha. I will take one for investment.

Bisht bhai, which society do you live in and flat number? I am coming to Delhi soon and I can meet you personally. Your posts are aggressive but very genuine and informative. My father and relatives will like you a lot as they are also very aggressive, used to beat me with latth in my childhood but genuine also.

    4) Take away food stalls
    5) Optical stores

I might have missed many others and I am not mentioning services that are available on door steps thru yellow pages.

I have not seen any liquor shops.

Such spreading of mal information itslef proves that they have hidden agenda which is governed by hatred.

In coming months big retail chains of daily needs, household items, food chains, restaurants are likely to open their stores.

Please see and then pass a judgement.

All respect to all who evaluate and decide to buy outside cr.

Dg,shahberi jam,nh 24 congestion are the problems.rest issues are there always in all ares which are addressed from time to time.

CR has a head start and is ahead of the other affordable options that started in 2006 - 2008 period.being close to noida is plus point.ne development is wished by all Cr residents.

We are not here to compete with any part of ncr.already cr has built a reputation different from what ghaziabad is perceived by world.

Mob rampage can happen in loni and rohtak but that doesn't make up and haryana good or bad.what is required now is removal of up and haryana divide.

You are very knowledgeable. Please see my questions and answer. My father and relatives will be very upset that there is no liquor shop. You know village people. They cannot sleep without drinking a quarter.

You can keep one room as store and keep stock in your house or you can make a bar too for them, they will feel comfortable.

  • Dumping Ground protest on 19th May.

    Hi,

i could see posters saying Dumping Ground Protest on 19th May, 2013 i.e. coming Sunday starting from GH-7 gate-1 at 9:00 AM.

Is this planned by CROMA or someone else. I couldn't see the name of CROMA anywhere on the posters.

Earlier a mail was floated from CROMA that residents or CROMA shall not participate in nay DG related protest advised by CROMA's advocate.

However this is for our own benefit, so we should support the cause.

    Regards,

This is being arranged by Group of residents, CROMA is not involved in this as they explained their enability to do so being a petitioner in the case filed by them in Supreme COurt.

Every Present & Future Resident of Crossings Republik should attend this and show our united strength to governing authority and make a appeal to Supreme Court to consider the health issue of ppl living in the surrounding of it.

What is DG protest? If you need more number of people for the protest, tell me. My father can easily lead a group of 50-100 latheth villagers. UP government was not able to acquire land in our village because of the fear of my father and relatives. Just give me phone number of person leading this attack and my father will call him. CR is now his home and he will lead the group.
