I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

  • nice job. but this road goes via a village and appears 2 lane only in most parts.
    so will that be the case when the road becomes fully operational?

    no this is a 4 lane till crossings new pulia and even after that and noida ext part mostly 3 lane till now except at one place.

    the current road shown in video is temporary route taken by us until remaining part of 50 meter is being made to be used.

    thanks Pushkar ji .. actually from the place where u entered the village on the Left .. i had in fact gone right :D:D .. and hence i ended up in that hellish shanti nagar village and after struggling a lot came out on NH24 somewhere near vijay nagar i think

    will explore the route which you have shown in video the next time .. thanks again

    Dear Residents of CR,

    Today Mr. Sibal appeared and on argument on behalf of CROMA petition, "NOTICE Issued" in our matter. In a layman language issuance of notice in the matter means our matter and appeal will be heard separately to the builders petition. Up till now our matter was tagged with builders petition but now it will be heard separately as a residents petition. This is positive development in our case. For order we have to wait till tomorrow to exactly note the wordings of the order.

    एनएच-24
    मॉडल टाउन पुलिस चौकी के नजदीक बनने वाले अंडरपास के लिए अथॉरिटी अगले हफ्ते टेंडर जारी करेगी। अथॉरिटी सूत्रों के अनुसार जीडीए ने अंडरपास के इस्तेमाल वाले एरिया से यूटिलिटी सर्विसेज (पीएनजी, जल-सीवर, बिजली आदि की लाइनों) को शिफ्ट करने के लिए प्लानिंग कर ली है। जनवरी से इस अंडरपास को बनाने का काम शुरू करने की तैयारी है। करीब 105 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 2 साल के भीतर इसे तैयार करने का टारगेट रखा गया है। इसके बन जाने के बाद गाजियाबाद और नोएडा आना एवं जाना सिग्नल फ्री हो जाएगा। करीब पौन किमी लंबे इस अंडरपास के अंदर ही यू टर्न लेने की फैसिलिटी होगी। अंडरपास में साइकल ट्रैक भी होगा।
    अथॉरिटी के चीफ प्रोजेक्ट इंजीनियर ऑफिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, पुश बॉक्स तकनीक से बनाए जाने वाले इस अंडरपास के निर्माण के दौरान ट्रैफिक डायवर्ट नहीं किया जाएगा।
    बहलोलपुर के लिए कंसलटेंट होगा फाइनल

    एनबीटी न्यूज ॥ नोएडा : एफएनजी प्रोजेक्ट को पूरा करने में अहम बहलोलपुर अंडरपास प्रोजेक्ट के लिए कंसलटेंट कंपनी अगले सप्ताह तक तय कर ली जाएगी। दिसंबर से इस अंडरपास का काम शुरू करने की योजना है। अथॉरिटी अफसरों के अनुसार, इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए 3 कंपनियों ने टेक्निकल बिड डाली हैं। अगले सप्ताह तक फाइनैंशल बिड फाइनल कर डिजाइन और एस्टीमेट तैयार कराए जाएंगे। वर्क सर्कल-4 के इंचार्ज के. आर. वर्मा ने बताया कि बहलोलपुर अंडरपास बन जाने के बाद इस प्रोजेक्ट की शहर में सबसे बड़ी बाधा दूर हो जाएगी।
