I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

    क्रॉसिंग रिपब्लिक सोसायटी के अंडर कंस्ट्रक्शन टावर की सातवीं मंजिल से गिरकर शुक्रवार को दो मासूमों की मौत के मामले में विजय नगर पुलिस ने कंपनी के दो कर्मचारियों को अरेस्ट कर लिया है। जबकि कंपनी के डायरेक्टर, मैनेजर और कंस्ट्रक्शन मैनेजर फरार चल रहे हैं। परिजनों ने लापरवाही और गैर इरादतन हत्या का आरोप लगाते हुए सभी छह आरोपियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था।
    एसओ हरि दयाल यादव ने बताया कि शनिवार सुबह क्रॉसिंग रिपब्लिक सोसायटी से अमित और केशव को अरेस्ट कर लिया गया है, जबकि कंपनी डायरेक्टर सौरभ गुप्ता, मैनेजर विपिन और कंस्ट्रक्शन मैनेजर रघुवीर सिंह और एक अन्य आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के लिए पुलिस जगह-जगह दबिश दे रही है। शुक्रवार को दोपहर 3 बजे के करीब टावर की सातवीं मंजिल पर खेलते समय राज मिस्त्री की बेटी नीम (7) और बेटे यानुर (4) की नीचे गिरने से मौत हो गई थी। टावर पर सुरक्षा जाली न लगे होने के कारण दोनों बच्चों की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई थी। राजमिस्त्री मंसूर अली और असलम ने कंपनी डायरेक्टर और कंस्ट्रक्शन मैनेजर समेत छह लोगों पर लापरवाही और गैर इरादतन हत्या का आरोप लगाते हुए रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी।

    It is quite strange to see that you are getting under construction property of 1150 sqf @32 lacs (Rs 2783/sqf) and 1250 sqf ready to move in of same builder 33.75 Lacs (Rs 2700/sqf)

    But still if it is so then ready to move in is the best option.

    is there any issue in registration in crossings as well. I knew it was there in Raj nagar ext due to completion certificates....floors prices are above 15th floor.... Pl share the issues
