I am starting this new tread since a number of projects in CR are approaching the final 6 months of completion. Mahagaun recently paid penalty cheques to all the owners in Mascot for any delay .

Dumping ground issue is out of Dundaheda now and this has come in several news papers now .
NH 24 widening is sanctioned and tender is floated.Does any one have any thing to add .

I am an owner in Mahagun mascot project and am an end user. Would like to see a useful flow in information in this thread for the benefit of all .

  • I have already said its like Mini Township later on in my posts in the same thread But still can't be compared with IP,Vaishali,Vashundra etc.
    Projects like Golf links,Ashiana, Mahgunpuram,SARE around and beyond Lal kua also a good option if Guys relying badly on proposed Expressway since its free from all odds that CR has.. Am I right? Would like to know your views since I am not aware of beyond CR much.

    Yeah...there are lot of projects around Lal Kuan area.
    Specially for people who have missed APC, can consider Ashiana Le Residentia, whose possesion is expected in next 6 months max.
    Nearly 700 labours who completed Palm Court in RNE have been now sent to LR and the work is happening very very fast.
    A decent 3 BHK can come in 30L all inclusive

    If not RNE so many other good options are avilable than Crosisng republik on NH24.


    where apperciation would be higher with a time frame of 5 years , whereas CR only God can save

  • Why and on what grounds?
    as if now there is nothing in Noida Extension and hence comparison is amiss. If it comes somehow, it would be much bigger,more planned and larger with broad roads like any city. CR would be nowhere close to Noida Extension. In fact Cr would be dependent on Noida Extension

    But that is as if now in Air only:bab (38):.

  • sirji aap logo ne meri baat galat way mai le li. maine simple si ek baat kahi hai jaha logo ka / inverstment hai wo ilaaka sabse badiya hai. please note khoda ki population ip, vaishali, vasundhara ki total population se bhi jyaada hai. kya wo unke liye bhi narak hai? fyi mai ghaziabad mai rehta hu maine RNE & apne yaha janta flat mai invest kiya hua hai. mujhe apna janta flat RNE se bhi jyaada accha lagta hai becoz last 5 years se mujhe rental income de raha hai or appreciation bhi 400% se jyaada ho gaya hai.

    Nahi Bhai....Abhi nikat bhawishya mein to nahi...
    Ashiana guys wants to hold off the project untill the 45 mtrs road come up...
    I also heard that they'll launch ultra luxary premium flats there in APC Phase-2, mostly 3 BHK's and 4 BHK's.

    Dekhte hai aage kya hota hai...lekin agle 2 saal tak to launch nahi hoga...baaki pata nahi..
