Dear all I am starting this forum to invite suggestions of all senior members on the most imporatnt issue that is whether vaishali is better than indirapuram in terms of amenities, access and the gentry. And also when the metro is likely to start in vaishali.

  • Yes agreeed. What i try to say is IP is better than Vaishali. When metor comes to Ip than there will be no compare with Vaishali.

  • See past comments in the same thread...It is fact that IP had always upper hand over Vaishali. Boss U r onwer of this thread and I do not know what u want to prove..to make Vaishali better than IP.

    See rates of ATS in IP and other good Socities it were around 5500+ psf.

    I already told you..
    IP has more broad roads plus good size parks.
    Power cut is same in both the localities. Vaishlai is toooooooo crowded with max number of builder floor that is negative.
    I had a flat in Gaur Heights and water quality is extremely HARD.

    if you compare sectors like 1,6 etc distance to vaishali metro they are as far as it is from IP.

    Have you seen the Downtown market and its crowd of sector-4 in evening??

  • yes I agree the market is crowed not to forget the road along the market. But if u live in vaishali there is no need to cross that road . Yes if u live in IP and want to avoid the jam at NH24 u will have to face the crowded road of market.

  • Indirapuram is better, but does not justify the price difference. I would buy Vaishali Sector 9 or nearby Vasundhara Sectors because they are much cheaper.

  • IP rates are high due to easy connectivity to Noida and better infra than Vaishali and Vasundhra.

  • It is a fact now that the rate psf of a society flat is more in vaishali. Does every one work in Noida. There are many who always analyze their connectivity with Delhi. Vaishali owing to Metro and nearness to Delhi is far better than IP.
